Pas digne d'un petit déjeuner habituel dans un hotel en Israel
Quand nous avons réserver sur votre site la chambre nous avions indiqué une chambre double pour 2 personnes
et réglé le montant indiqué avec le petit déjeuner, malheureusement le petit déjeuner n'a été accepté que pour une personne
La Climatisation très excessive dans l'hôtel et une véritable "chambre froide" dans la chambre ( et plusieurs discussions avec la réception pour leur expliquer de faire baisser la température dans la chambre)
Moquette des couloirs très très sale
Cet Etablissement mérite une importante rénovation pour mériter le nom d'Hôtel
La personne à la réception très peu serviable

Location was great. Staff was friendly
The beds are not comfy. The hotel is old and tired looking. Outside noise was terrible.

Lavish Israeli breakfast with many choices of salads, baked goods, cooked breakfast food, yoghurts, cheeses, juices, fruit, tea and coffee.
Lovely clean pool with ample seating and sunlit all day.
Our room was very comfortable despite feeling dated.
The interior rooms and corridors are dated and bathrooms in particular need attention.

the hotel is closing its facilities depends on the number of guests, means dinner is not served and the swimming pool is closed if there is not enough guests.
if you call to ask they will tell you that everything is ok, but after arrival, they change it according to their needs. me and my kids were very disappointed.
also they don't have the rooms listed in booking.com, you book whatever you book and you'll get totally different room. Also they charging extra fees telling your booking are not covering everything.

The staff was great, they were exceptional.!!! Nina was very helpful, pleasant and professional! The General Manager, likewise, was so nice.
The bathrooms were tired and old. This is the first time, in all my years of traveling that I have stayed in a bathroom that did not have a power outlet - very strange. Currently they are remodeling which is great!

The reception is awesome and the breakfast is really tasty. Rooms have a beach view that makes the mornings really romantic for a couple.

super nice hotel in great location, the hotel manager went far and beyond to see as happy (even granted a late checkout), breakfast was also super yummie.
