Location was very good although it would have been helpful if it had the name outside as it took me some time to find.

It was slightly difficult to unlock and lock the door from the outside not sure why as it was easy on the inside.

Excellent location near sea, downs, good supermarket and railway station.

Minor irritations included TV not working and light in loo intermittently not working, but main drawback was my old 86-year old hands were unable to convert sofa into a bed, so I slept uncomfortably on the sofa. Also damp unloved yard outside.

Great location, quiet and peaceful place to stay. Adorable small cottage perfect for a couple getaway. Kitchen has everything you need. Friendly locals. Definitely worth checking the Seven Sisters cliffs hiking path. Will come back again in the future.

The bed, when unfolded, obstructs access to the rest of the cottage or bathroom, which might be challenging for someone with mobility issues. Given the cottage's size, we suggest alerting guests to this layout beforehand.Also Wi-fi may need an upgrade as it is very slow.

Very nice spot,so quiet,2 little outdoor spaces,to read your book in peace and have a cuppa.I slept like a baby!You could hear the waves even were more than 400 metres from the shore.!We had everything we could need in the kitchen .So private and recomforting!

Sofa bed .

The location was near the town centre, the sea, shops, and restaurants

There was no name or number on the cottage. We spent a considerable amount of time looking for it and asking other people. Once the sofa bed was unfolded there was no room to walk round the bed so that to access the bathroom the person on the left of the bed had to climb over the other. There were no instructions for folding the bed up, which was tricky. The only running hot water was the shower. We had to boil a kettle to wash up. We didn't cook, it was too cramped, only used the toaster. We had to park some distance away.
