Very nice stay. Hotel staff were friendly and were able to decorate our room for our anniversary prior to our arrival. Good varierty of food in their restaurant. Great location. Very convenient. Overall a great stay.

Staff in this hotel go out of their way to assist and make your stay enjoyable. Willing to arrange anything, such as a late shower and change of clothes after checking out. Also very conveniently located for the temples. Rented a bike and it took only 20 minutes to get to Angkor Wat.

All staffs were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. As a westerner, I did not like that the shower stall is not fully enclosed, water leaked out, and the floor is wet every time I showered, but that will not deter me from staying there again.

When we arrived, the staff was very helpful. In the blistering hot day, they gave us a cold towel to wipe as well as a cool drink. Hotel was close to the main markets and restaurants. Overall the room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Will recommend

Fantastic hotel, was an excellent hotel. Brilliantly located for exploring siem reap, Rooms are very nice and clean ,The service in the hotel bar is top notch. Overall we had a very memorable trip.

Love how the staffs made my family feel so welcomed the minute we walked onto the property. Every staff members were all smiles and ready to assist the guests, especially me. 😀 The room was neat & cleaned. The food was very authentic and the chefs did a great job with their presentation of the foods we had for our family dinner by the poolside. i can see myself staying here for a few more weeks by the poolside and the beautiful outdoor surroundings. Thank you to ALL the staff members. Job well done.

Cleanness is absolutely star point of this hotel. Also the breakfast is awe marvelous, buffet payment but served in Ala Carte , I really enjoyed the breakfast time during my staying.

I would definitely recommend Sala Siem Reap Hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Close to all the tourist attractions. The hotel has a lift and a pool, which are both clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The views of the city from my room were amazing, and it was a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. I took a day trip to Angkor Wat, and the hotel staff helped me book a tour and arranged for transportation. The tour was amazing, and I was able to see some of the most iconic temples in the world. I also enjoyed trying the local cuisine at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

We were welcomed into the Sala Siem Reap by the most wonderful staff. And until we left the hotel we were treated like Royalty. I can't find the proper words to say how much my wife and I enjoyed our holiday. however what makes it different from other hotels is the friendliness of the staff, from the moment we entered the hotel we felt as if we were with family. it was a beautiful gesture. the hotel is in the best location in Siem Reap, everything is at your fingertips. A must to visit is Pub stret,We had a lovely room on the 1th floor overlooking the pool, everything is just lovely at the this hotel. Our room was cleaned to perfection everyday. It was a delight to go to breakfast each morning as the staff again welcomed us with beautiful smiles, we were always made to feel special, all the breakfast staff were lovely however if you see a beautiful waitress with a gorgeous smile.

Thank you for the wonderful experience at your hotel the last few days! I never have experienced such an outstanding service. I was thrilled about the threats especially about the staff they always smiling and helpful staff and the delicious excellent wide range of food at the breakfast! I was so amazed that I even extended one night more at the hotel!

My partner picked the place and it was everything and more we could wish for. Not just the rooms, the pools and breakfast, They made me want to go back to Siem Reap as soon as I can!

I could not more highly recommend it. We travel a lot and rarely am I moved to write reviews unless things are really good or really bad. The staff was on top of every detail. The hotel really stand out too it self and decor is very unique which really make it feel a special place.

My wife and I recently stayed at Sala Siem Reap Hotel and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the main tourist area. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with traditional Cambodian touches. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant is delicious. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of traditional Cambodian and Western dishes. We would definitely recommend Sala Siem Reap Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Siem Reap.
