We had a wonderful week at ParadiSea. The location was great and was easily assessable to St. Augustine. The quaint neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the pool and dock made for a relaxing vacation in itself. The sunsets from the dock were absolutely stunning!
Fort Matanzas and the the Matanzas Inlet were just a short boat ride away, and the beach was just across A1A.
David was so helpful and responded within minutes if we had questions. He even left a welcome note with coupons for us on arrival.
We also appreciated the drive-on Butler Beach as it made for easy loading and unloading of beach gear. Our boys rented e-bikes from Sun & Fun E-bikes which added to the fun and their customer service is top notch as well.
Everyone we met and dealt with were very kind and helpful and made you feel welcome. Some of our favorite eateries in the area were Parlor Donuts, Kookaburra Coffee, Viola’s and Paladar Cuban Eatery all within a few minutes drive. It was a great vacation and we hope to return soon!

House was great, but disclaimer…boat dock is tidal. Wish I did some more research on the area beforehand or it would have been nice to mention in the listing description. Dock is very tidal. Our boat sat in the mud for about 4-5 hours around low tide. Had to change plans and be very strategic about boat trips.

This place is awesome when you have a big family! We loved having a pool and the bay!! The public beach was so close and easy to access! Great management responsiveness too!

Highly recommend this house for a stay near St. Augustine! Excellent location-close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Fishing was great from the dock. (My son caught 4 sharks!) The outdoor space was so relaxing and had everything we could want. The owner was responsive and the house was clean and well stocked. The kitchen was a bit small for preparing meals for the 12 of us, but that’s the only downside of this rental! We’d definitely stay here again.

House is perfect for large groups. Plenty of space so you don’t feel like you are in the way or if you just need a quiet place. Backyard view is gorgeous. Very close to beach and downtown St Augustine. Highly recommend eco boat tour. Look in your email for free tickets from property manager. We received 6 free tickets per day for different events which was a nice surprise. If I’m back in St Augustine I will look for this property. Manager was easy to contact, beds were comfy, great neighbors, plenty of parking, pillows, and pots, pans nice gas grill. Loved it

Home smelled musty on arrival. Looked up and noticed black mold on the ceilings all around every a/c vent. Called and texted right away that we would not be staying. Got a text then a call from the property manager that they were unaware of any issues but that they would send someone out to check. We checked into a hotel and told them to let us know what they found out. Property manager told me they would have the air tested and that he would get back with me the next day. He never did, so after 2 nights in a hotel, we drove home. When I finally heard from them, they told me the air test was fine but would not send me a copy of the report. They also will not refund my money. VRBO has been contacted, and they are investigating this property. I have also contacted the health department. I don't care how they respond to this, because this is the truth. Terrible company. Terrible communication. Black mold on the ceiling is disgusting. BEWARE!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the views of the water and wildlife such as dolphins that swam by on almost a daily basis. The house had everything we needed and it was extremely nice to relax around the pool at the end of the day after exploring the area. The location is great in that it is close to town and the beach. The communication with the management was very nice for the information they provided about the house and area.

Sitting on the sofa looking at the pool the bay and the sunset all at once. It was so fantastic. A wonderful time visiting with our family. Lots of beds and room for everyone. Also a separate little cottage. We’ll be back!

This property has a lovely setting. The pool was heated and a perfect size. Bedroom layout with extra cottage provided ample space. Property manager was very responsive to some immediate needs we had upon check in.

We had a great time. The house was as described. Very relaxing weekend celebrating a promotion with friends and family. In total there was 8 adults and there was room for more. The two best times were just as the sun set behind the trees across the inter coastal and first thing in the morning sitting outside with a cup of coffee

Great property right on the water. We enjoyed everything about it! Beach access just a few minutes away. The pool was great. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, silverware, plates, bowls and cups. Grocery stores and a Seafood market nearby! We highly recommend this property. The host was great in accommodating an extra night so we wouldn’t have to drive through hurricane Idalia.

The house had everything we needed for our week stay. We enjoyed the pool and the river for fishing. The management team was amazing to work with. Plenty of space for a large family. The house was very clean. The mattresses on the beds are the best we have ever had at a vacation rental.

Great space for a family trip - lots of rooms so that everyone had his/her space. Pool was perfect. View was great. Proximity to the beach was great. Kitchen was set up nice - able to have several meals at home. Only minor complaint is that there is no door between the master bedroom and master bath. What a strange setup. Perhaps hanging a curtain would be a good idea to provide bathroom privacy and block the light when someone is sleeping.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! The only issue we had was the air conditioning not working properly when we first checked in. We contacted the owner and they sent someone to repair it immediately. They also followed up with us after the repair to make sure it was still working properly. We would love to stay there again in the future! We do suggest maybe a larger trash can for the kitchen and a trash can in the master bathroom. Other than that everything was great.

Nice layout, great safe location, issues with TV''s not working for a day and night. Check in code was an issue. Text response was very good regarding some issues. Property manager was very good! More towels and master bathroom bath tub plug needed and garbage disposal in kitchen. Larger trash cans for family over two days.
We would revisit this location!!! Thank you!!
New property which still needs some clean up and removal of paint cans in one of the bedroom closets.
