The property was just as advertised. Very roomy and comfortable and clean. Great kitchen. Appreciated the nice yard, hot tub and casita. Owner was very responsive and went beyond in handling a hot tub issue. There are city light views from the front yard. It’s a working class neighborhood, and even though bars are on the windows, we didn’t feel unsafe. Loved the sound of the rooster. It was nice to have detergent in the laundry room. Regular cable for the TV’s would be the only suggestion for those of us that like news channels, HGTV and such when winding down in the evening.

The place is truly beautiful. It is also incredibly spacious but also cozy- and was perfect for my group of 8 to really enjoy an evening together. The backyard is beautiful as well. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, and truly facilitated a worry free stay. Would 10/10 recommend to any group staying in Albuquerque!

We had an amazing stay here. This house was everything that we wanted and needed to make my daughter’s birthday special! The first night we played pool to the late hours which was my daughter’s first time to play pool and it was a perfect space to teach her. The beds are extremely comfortable and the master bathroom is anyone’s dream bathroom. There is plenty of space for a small group of 4 (like us) or a large group of 8. There is a small casarita in the backyard that anyone could “live” in. The next two nights were spent enjoy the amazing hot tub that was well taken care of and extremely clean. We also used the grill on the patio the last night. The owners who very accessible and offered anything we needed to make the stay perfect - but we needed nothing because the house had everything already. If you are looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque look no farther. This is the place!

OMG- 1st of, I can not tell you how comforting it was to have the host reply to my messages almost instantly. That was a HUGE plus for me, not to mention how BEAUTIFUL the home is. The decor is fabulous. And the Casita was a Bonus for us as my husband and I needed a little get away and this was PERFECT. The casita is equipped with a small washer/Dryer combo which we didn’t use but if we were there longer, it would have been used. We were also delighted that the Casita had a Micro, fridge, water and snacks, Coffee maker and Tea, which we enjoyed. Like I said, the Decor of the home was Fabulous. Every room had a comfy bed which made us feel at home. The home was supplied with plenty of snacks for us as well. We ended up not using the hot tub in back, but wished we would have. The home was large enough for our guests who helped celebrate my daughter in law. Our guests used the pool table which came in handy. THANK YOU AGAIN for allowing us to host our Daughter in laws 30 Surprise party. She was totally surprised.

We arrived at the property and it was very easy to access. There was enough parking for all of us. The house was very cozy. Many rooms had dimmers on the lights so it was very homey feeling. The owners were great and welcoming. The hot tub was nice and toasty for winter nights

Leading up to our stay Kendra and John were really good with communication and on the day we checked in they made sure to reach out and see if there were any issues or if we needed anything. Check in was easy and everything was just as promised in the listing. There were even holiday decorations up! The house and casita were perfect for our group and we had everything we could need. I would highly recommend this location for those looking for a comfortable break away.

The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and casita were a nice and unique touch. The kitchen had every convenience, and the kids loved the pool table.

If you are not use to bars on windows and doors, this neighborhood, may make you feel uncomfortable. It’s city life. I’m a lead housekeeper for a property management company. This home was very clean, well stocked, with kitchen supplies and towels. Hair dryer in main house only worked on cool, the little casitas in back yard is adorable, and comfy. Very nicely decorated, and we never felt uncomfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood, based off our days. We loved hot tub, but could use a better filter, and yards were neat and tidy. I would rent again. My experience at this home was great, and out ways the negatives that I have stated.

Loved, Loved, Loved our stay here. The main house was perfect it had everything you could ask for and the Casita was where I stayed and it was a pleasant surprise it met all my needs and some I didn't think of. Kenda was available whenever I had a question and answered my calls immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was perfect. Lots of tasteful amenities and everything you could want or need was provided. Jon was prompt in responding to our questions. If you want an enjoyable stay this is the place for you. Relax in the hot tub and play some corn hole or pool.

Would Recommend for anyone needing a big place for family and friends. Lovely home and a great hot tub and backyard as well. Very clean and beautiful overall
