This house along with the host were nothing short of spectacular! The house was clean as a whistle with easy check in and out! We did have a small issue with the livingroom tv but the host and maintenance staff were on top of it as soon as i called! Oh, and the wildlife, there are deer everywhere! Hands down my family and i would stay here again!

My two friends and I had GREAT girl trip. The home was super clean and the hot tub was perfect for chillaxing at the end of the day. Would love to stay here again!

Property was exactly as listed. It was very clean and spacious. We had a very minor issue and it was addressed right away. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars plus!! ❤️❤️❤️

Ricky was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time exploring the area during the day and relaxing at the house in the evening. It was perfect for just the 2 of us, but we can't wait to come back with friends and family. The pool table, air hockey, and arcade game were a fun bonus.

We traveled with another couple to the Eureka Springs area for the eclipse. This property was a perfect place for us to stay for a few nights. It was clean, well stocked and in a lovely neighborhood. Ricky was a great communicator throughout our visit. We would definitely return.

We enjoyed the hot tub after a day out. The house is spacious. Our teenager loved the large tv. The home is about 20 minutes away from Eureka Springs which was perfect. There are deer in the neighborhood so be careful when driving around 4:30pm.

The home is clean and well equipped. Only 20 minutes to Eureka Springs. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue that was remedied immediately.

Very clean, modern home. Excellent communication from host- very responsive and helpful. We especially loved the pool table, arcade game, air hockey and hot tub! Good quality family fun!
Only disappointment was that there wasn’t really much of a lake view. You could kinda see it through the other houses but not much.
Overall though a great stay!!

We celebrated Christmas at this holiday island home and it was perfect both in location and preparation. The home is in very good condition and we found a well stocked kitchen

This is a sweet, cozy, clean, well located home. The neighborhood hosted many deer and birds. There is a beautiful view off the back deck of Table Rock Lake.
Our host Ricky promptly and courteously responded to questions. We stayed 5 days pre Christmas and the house was decorated for us!

We loved staying here! Everything was so clean and upscale. We felt right at home. The home was beautiful with very comfortable furniture and beds, large TVs, and a cute back porch for watching the deer. The neighborhood was lovely and not too far from Eureka Spring. The listing does include a hot tub, which was actually just a jacuzzi (a great one, I might add), and sleeps several, but I would only suggest children sleep in the bunk beds. They are very short and small. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this listing! We felt right at home and well taken care of.

The Woodland Retreat was a perfect place to stay for a Eureka Springs weekend trip. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for decompressing after the busy crowds in Eureka Springs. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!
