I paid for Playa Blanca all inclusive resort and when I arrived the staff told me my room was on town center. They told me it was an error of booking.com website but it isn’t my fault they have internal issues. I really feel ripped of and cheated. I made the reservation 2 weeks ago and I paid that amount of money because I wanted to stay in Playa Blanca Resorts not in Town Center.

Demasiado descuidado y la atención pésima muy grosero el personal no volvería.La habitación donde me quede no fue lo que me vendieron por internet y depaso un apartamento arriba de mi piso con un escándalo toda la madrugada haciendo arreglos en el apartamento osea no dormí nada las 3 noches y poca seguridad.

Friendly staff, great food, nice restaurants. Family friendly. Great staff runs the amenities

Water pressure was low in showers. Water is tepid in shower.

The staffs were very nice, I can say that it is a good service

What I didnt like is the room, the enviroment, was dirty, I have never stayed a in a Hotel like this, no wifi, not enought water in the room, we are 3 persons and there were just 2 bottles, not enought towels, the floor was dirty, the things were very old, like the desk..........

The drink were OK.

The room was set all the way back as if it was not from the main area.

Facilities and staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble for them. So friendly, helpful and attentive. There was something for everyone, quiet beach, kids pool with 3 flumes, adult pool with bar, activity pool for games with music. Food choices were excellent and well cooked, something for everyone's taste.

Checking in and out: we got to the property about 4pm, so check in had been open for an hour already but the queue was 25 people deep, which was around a 40 minute wait (admittedly on a Friday, busy with weekend getaways). Check out is at noon: again massive queue, double the size of check in but luckily moved quicker and again took around 45 minutes. Lesson learned: check in much later and check out much earlier 🙂

Staff were amazing. Pool was comfortable and relaxing. Food selection was great.

With someone with no spanish skills it was very hard for me to figure out when activities were happening and where. Meal items should have been in spanish and english, had no idea what some of the dishes were.

didn't like much. it's a typical all inclusive with typical amenities.

first staff is incompetent. sent emails through booking app and directly to their website's email and never got an answer. When arriving at the place they simply told me they don't have access to those emails. What?? Then they didnt give me the right room for what I paid. And once again, they said they couldnt do anything except giving me a link to a review form. Also the sheets were strangely humid and there was no cutlery in the kitchen.

Size of the pool.

Our rooms where booked on the newest tower (Luxury Suites) which we paid for. Upon check in they said they moved us to the main building which was the oldest and dirtiest rooms available. I have photos to show you. The buffet restaurant was not open (we expected to eat there since it was part of the package). The cable service is a disgrace. The rooms are ridiculous and old. Staff members actually told us that since they are "understaffed" and business was slow during the weekday, they moved everyone to the main building and closed the buffet restaurant. Why? We paid for it. The website shows one thing and when you get there is not accurate nor even close to what they advertise.

Food was fine and the beach access was perfect.

Service from the beginning with the check-in was reeeeally bad, also in the reserved restaurants. It was as if we were not paying at all. I had to pay 20 USD for a 5 min early check-in to be able to lunch. Facilities are not taken care of enough, they seem to be old but if they just painted them, fix the mold, and had rusty areas due to humidity, they would be great.

The variety of pools. Also, the location of this place was great.

The bedrooms were dirty. When I first arrived I changed to 4 different bedrooms before landing on a semi okay option. The beds were dirty and not made. Bathrooms not clean either. Bugs crawling on walls. My family and I were VERY uncomfortable.

The attention was nice, the room clean an soft and quiet

There aren't something I don't like, but if I have to mention something our pool was a bit far from everything I was located at town center but nothing more than that
