Lovely & clean with plenty of everyday supplies in the cupboard. The sound of the ocean & general location of the unit was fabulous.

Location and views are great. Lounge suite is comfy. Having the garage was v handy. Nice front & rear yards. The jar of lollies on arrival was a big hit with my kids, as was the games. Great to see the TV has been upgraded to a smart TV since our last visit. Comfy beds and pillows. The free wifi was appreciated. Good facilities in the kitchen and throughout the house for that matter. The games and jigsaws were handy too and good to see a selection of books.

Found a lock box at the side of the unit but the code wouldn't open it. After a long time trying, we found another lock box on the side of the garage which worked. The text on the day of arrival needs to state which lock box to use. We had a neighbor (presumably) coming on to property to take bins out to street and bring them back in. This is a concern regarding privacy and we have surfboards stored outside and westuits drying in the same area as the bins. We don't want them going missing. We are capable people, able to look after the bins as per the info re rubbish collection printed in various locations. The occupants of unit 2 chose to park in our driveway a number of times, being quite noisy while they were out there and on one occasion using a noisy air compressor. We also found it impossible to lock the garage. We were concerned that they would also access the Unit 1 garage which had some of our gear in it. We had mail for unit 2 delivered in our Unit 1 letter box. There does not appear to be a letter box for unit 2. We put their mail at their front door. Maybe the occupants took this to mean that we wouldn’t mind if they parked in our driveway? We’d suggest that Unit 2 needs its own letterbox and that signage on the Unit 1 driveway and in front of the Unit 1 garage needs to be very clear that those facilities are not for the use of Unit 2. This was our 1 main hol for the year, needing some chill time and didn’t appreciate the neighbor interactions. The shower taps in the main bathroom leak fairly constantly and the dripping sound overnight will keep some people awake if the doors aren’t kept shut. New washers needed. Strength of the wi fi connection wasn’t so good. Was sometimes unusable but this may be due to high demand in busy tourist season? The glass top on the coffee table isn’t strongly fixed to the base and is a concern with kids. Saucepan sizes are really big or really small. Some med size pots would be great.
