Eine sehr schöne Anlage. Der Besitzer Dave ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Küche für die Zubereitung eines Frühstückes ausreichend.
Am Wochenende kann es am Pool etwas lauter werden (ist aber Jammern auf hohen Niveau)

Super. De eigenaar David en zijn dochters zijn ontzetten vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is erg goed. Strand op loopafstand. Winkels en restaurants op loopafstand als je van wandelen (houdt) vanaf 300 meter tot 2,5 km. Stadje Dominical is heel erg leuk en op korte afstand.
Lekker zwembadje. Je kan ook hier ook je was laten doen. Doen ze heel netjes en snel. Heerlijke smoothies en een gezellige huishond Ivy waar onze zoontje van 3 veel plezier mee heeft gehad.
Schone huisjes. Lekkere douche. Goede wifi. Heerlijk patio om te relaxen inclusief een hangmat.
Wij waren over alles tevreden.

tuvimos un problema al principio que el resolvió de la mejor manera, escelente lugar y atencion, mucho mas de lo que esperaba, hasta la ubicación fue excelente.

We came for 2 nights in tent. We finally stayed 4 nights. I could just stop by saying that.
This place is just amazing: I cannot tell about the rooms (looks like there is rooms close to the pool and small houses for families), but concerning the tents it’s just the most beautiful stay we had in Costa Rica. The tents are like 5 m away from the river, into the forest, very quiet and peaceful. You can of course swim into the river if you are not too cold and you have all the wild animals around you such as monkeys and birds. The owner, David, gave us everything to cook with and mattress. He’s very helpful and always trying to find solutions. You have access to sanitary (not luxurious but efficient enough) and you have also access to the pool. Last but not least you are close to a maxi pali (10/15 mins away by foot) and to the Uvita beach (which is free, same distance than Pali).
Just Better than all the accommodations we saw in Uvita and super cheap !

This place is ran by a really well intended father trying to start a business for his 3 daughters to have a good future. He is very kind while also still learning the complexities that go along with managing a facility of this magnitude. They are new to this and I believe they will figure out how to best manage guests, noise, sharing facilities, and boundaries. The location is prime, the facilities are great, and the rooms are new and nicely done.
The rooms do not have closable windows yet so there was no protection against sound which was a major factor for us. The community kitchen for our unit was right outside of our bedroom window and the other guests were up early making breakfast, talking very loudly, and playing music as loud as they wanted. They also smoked cigarettes outside of our window and that came directly in our room with no option for reprieve. The sole reason we booked here was to have a quiet and safe space to sleep and that one goal was not able to be accomplished. The owner was willing to hear us, empathized, and compensated us fairly. We really appreciated his willingness to hear our concerns without becoming defensive or combative.

The place is beautiful, the property, the river, the pools, everything at the rooms is brand new. Very peaceful place to stay and relax. The beach is at walking distance. Restaurants, supermarket and even a gas station are all pretty close. David and his family are doing a great job.
