Easy check in. Exterior rooms comfortable wifi usually ok. Suites worth the extra money spacious comfortable excellent Wi-Fi.

At this price point the room was fine, in generally good condition although the mattress covers had some significant stains. There were two issues causing my low rating. Breakfast was supposed to be included but consisted of two flavors of granola bars and Dole fruit cups. I wasn't expecting much but at least bagels or muffins and some fresh fruit are pretty standard. The second, more frustrating issue was that we were unable to shower due to a lack of water pressure. That is a deal breaker so I will not book here again.

One of the worst experience, lift not working I have a 1 year old had the carry stroller up and down many times, room was very dirty, hallway was very dirty, took a non smoking room could smell smoke everywhere in the room in the hallway, worst place, will never recommend it for anyone

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room, hallways and elevator were filthy. We had cockroaches and dead insect parts all over the room and bed. I wish I took more pictures of them. I asked for a refund and was denied. I guess they think the infestation is acceptable.

Had to stay in this hotel/room for a business trip. Due to the # of people, we needed 3 beds so we booked the 2 Queen suite. I should have looked at the reviews better because this hotel was NOT what it looks like online.

Terrible. First room couldn't be locked from inside as the deadbolt wasn't properly aligned. Manager gave us adjacent room, that could lock, but whose phone and WiFi both didn't work. It also advertised free breakfast but didn't have any. We left as soon as possible. Cannot urgent enough to avoid this property .Plenty of other low cost hotels on the same street.

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell that was hard to identify. Communication was challenging as some staff struggled with English. The two rooms I reserved—one for my fiancé and me, and the other for my brother—had noticeable dents and marks on the walls, which were also stained/dirty. The shower appeared either dirty or stained with a yellowish or orange tint. Despite the listing stating that coffee makers and hair dryers were included, our rooms lacked these amenities. Overall, I felt quite let down. At breakfast, the only option available was a bowl of granola bars, which didn’t appeal to me at all. My fiancé and I tried the juice, but it was overly diluted and not enjoyable.

I booked a room in a Days Inn and Suites . 4 stories with elevators and corridors. What I got was an old outdated hotel .Ditry,No ice, no free breakfast. O one at desk. Definitely don’t recommend.

The property needs updating. Nothing like the pictures advertised. The room was clean but no toiletries. Getting to the room across the parking lot was ok but once you enter the building the scent of weed was stifling. Stepping into the elevator i almost passed out from the smell.wpuld never go back there

RUN!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I had to purchase cleaning supplies for my stay, the room was filthy!!! The whole place smelled of Marijuana and funk, drug deals outside and inside, drug addicts all over, had several issues and called the front desk, they didnt care at all. The remote to the tv was broken, the shower was broken, water sprayed out of the spout more then it sprayed from the shower head, the sink faucet in the bathroom was broken and sprayed water everywhere when turned in either direction, the AC had petrified food and 5 inches of dust inside the vent. There were 3 fights that broke out right outside our door, and no one cared!!!

A lot of homeless people around. Poor exterior. No iron or hairdryer. No shampoo or conditioner and a tiny bit of soup given.

The room is spacious and clean, but the TV remote control is defective, there is no bath gel and no hand soap in dispensers at the bathroom. They advertised c continental breakfast that didn't exist except for a rotten outdated fruit salad and granola bars.

i found a giant rat in one of the rooms it got onto the bed and pooped on it and it was disgusting when i asked for a new room or new sheets the guy at the desk shrugged

It was cool i enjoyed my stay however, the ice machine wasn’t working and the floors wasn’t swept hope this helps

First, the door handle of the room 119 open up side down that is if you want to open the door, you have to lift up the handle instead po press down the door handle. Secondly only one cheap chair in all rooms, third, the shower curtain was mold, four, the back of the rest room door was peeling and the inside of the front door was all dirty and fifth, it was smelling cigarette inside the room even if the sign on the front door was showing ''no smoking'' Very bad experience at this Days Inn on Central Ave and to all who read my post, DON'T GO THERE !!!

Wouldn’t recommend a family or single woman to stay here, hotel appears to be a refugee / asylum housing facility. Quite rowdy at night and unclean with faulty door locks. Cheap place you get what you pay for

Poor service, the floor in the room was dirty and sticky. When i entered the room, it was smelling of cigarettes and alcohol. Feels like a low standard motel....i had to manage my stay as i didn't have the time to check in into another hotel. People smoking everywhere, faces i see were so scary like its an hide out for unclean business. Never going to stay there again!

Not so good. They changed my room at check in when I mentioned my service dogs. After fighting with them I got the room i had already booked. The pullout bed had blood stains with a dirty sheet still on it. I wouldnt have complained this much but they were having issues with the water system and the elevator. My wife shouldn't be walking up 3 flights stairs, so our last night she had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. Everyone in the room (my kids, my wife, and I) could not take a bath/ shower the last night and the day of checkout. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Part of hotel I stayed in was far from registration desk and all doors were left wide open for just anyone to walk into. It felt unsafe in a city environment.

It wasn't completely clean. Bed was very uncomfortable and only had sheets (the cover was as thin as a sheet). It said it had a breakfast and yet all it had was coffee, juice (orange juice came out as water), and a mini protein bar. Don't have a big "breakfast" sign if you aren't serving breakfast.

We were not expecting a 4 star hotel however when we arrived we waited over 20 minutes for service as no one was in the office.
The pictures showed a pool, there was no pool. The add stated breakfast, there was no breakfast, only stale granola bar.
The room had not been cleaned in a long time. The beds looked clean but the rest of the room was filthy. Mostly everyone we met in the parkinglot and in the hotel were all saying the same thing. The floors had never been moped I dont think.

Horrible. Reserved a king suite with jetted tub. Had no jetted tub and room looked nothing like the picture online. Bathroom was full of hair and dirt. Floor was dirty. Toilet was turned off. Door trim was missing under door so there was about a 3 inch opening below door. Cops and EMT’s on site for unknown illegal activities. We were in second larger building which had no clerk in building. Very unsafe. Pool closed. We checked in late and by the time we saw how disgusting the room was the cops were outside and we felt unsafe even walking over to the other building to demand a refund and complain.
