Great stay! Everything was as described. Wonderful sunsets, great mattress, fabulous shower in Master bath, well stocked kitchen.

This property was absolutely amazing! My husband and I gave this vacation to our daughter for a birthday gift. She is an avid shark tooth hunter, she was able to collect over 900 sharks teeth in 5 days. We also had 2 of our grandchildren along with us. They had so much fun especially the 3 year old granddaughter, she's defiantly a beach baby. The unit was beyond awesome, as well as super clean. It had a very well stocked kitchen. The location and view of the ocean was spectacular. The unit also had a great outside area to wash off our shell collection. They also provided lots of water toys to use. I can't say enough good things about this property. The host and all the property staff are so very nice, and always very prompt in answering any questions you might have. Fair warning this vacation home and location will have you wanting to sell everything you own to stay here forever. Truly such a peaceful vacation to slow down and reconnect with your family away from it all. Endless hours on the beach just steps from the back porch. The pool is very close to the unit as well, and was perfect on the day the surf was too rough due to storms. Many hours spent on the screened porch eating every meal and family game nights. The amenities were perfect for our family! The unit was extremely clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. We planned well and grocery shopped for the week prior to crossing on the ferry and never left till it was time to check out. Get the golf cart! Well worth it to cruise the island. We headed down to coconuts for ice cream a few times, down to a different beach for shark teeth, and just loved cruising around looking at all the beach houses. If you are truly looking to get away from it all THIS is your spot! We will be back !

Everything was just perfect! The beach was so close we loved just watching and listening to the waves, walking the beach, and shelling. The unit was wonderful and clean and had everything we needed!

We had a lovely time even though the weather could have been nicer. We didn’t get to use the pool. We were able to see one spectacular sunset, wishing we saw more. The food at the Rum Bay restaurant lacked in flavor, service was good however. The beach was full of shells and it was awesome to walk on.

Very well done and represented accurately. Very clean and well equipped as we came with 4 small granddaughters and had a delightful time.

Short stay to visit with family. Home was beautiful and the view gorgeous! Do bring your bug repellent though. Hunting the beach for shark teeth was so much fun!

Amazing trip, already can't wait to come back. Wouldn't have changed a thing. Perfect location.

Everything was magical

Palm Island is an amazing spot, and this is an excellent property. The car ferry at $55 a trip ensures all visits to the mainland are efficient and well thought out, but that is no big deal. There was lots of wildlife on display, and we were fortunate to see some loggerhead babies scrambling into the ocean early in the morning. Four of the five made it, and one was an egret snack. The fact that it is booked solid most of the year tells you all you need to know.

Great quite location and fantastic views. Steps away from the beach. Very clean and family and pet friendly.

Nice location. Comfortable condo with convenient pool access. Be mindful of the nesting turtles.

The property was just like the pictures. It was clean, well stocked and very quiet. The booking and checkin process was really easy.

Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful place right on the beach listening to the waves 24/7. Palm Island is one of a kind. If you want to unplug and get away this is the place.

As always, staying here is a Florida getaway like no other. Great sunset views, fishing, golf carts, etc. Highly recommend for a staycation or out-of-towner.

Beautiful property located a few steps from the sea, beautiful sunsets that will go into our memories, my 7 and 8 year old daughters loved the pool while the older ones enjoyed the gentle ocean breeze. the house very clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen well equipped. We had the most amazing time visiting Palm Island and our rental did not disappoint.... Location.. Location... Location... We had the pool to ourselves... It was just a fabulous stay... We enjoyed the kayaks, and the golf cart.. such an absolutely wonderful unit. We will definetly return.. Let me not forget our host, who was top notch! Thank you

After a quick car ferry ride (this was a first and we thought it was pretty cool) you will arrive at this beautiful home equipped with everything you need for an island getaway. Diane was very responsive to all of my questions and she was a pleasure to speak with. Our family (and the dog) really enjoyed spending our days in the ocean enjoying the kayaks, paddle board and boogie boards. We even saw a gopher tortoise! We brought all of our food and enjoyed family meals on the screened porch while watching the most amazing sunsets. Thank you for sharing your home. We appreciated some much needed family time and relaxation.

We spent an amazing week at this lovely property with our family. Many activities are available in addition to walking the almost solitary beach. An adjacent swimming, tennis/pickleball court, bikes, kayaks and a dock on the bay provided many alternative activities for our kids. We will definitely return!

Excellent property....right on the beach and plenty of beach toys for my grandson (6). Kayaks and tennis also kept us busy! Beautiful peaceful sunsets ended each busy day!

The property was incredibly nice and clean! It pretty much has all of the amenities you would need, from the kitchen to beach towels and beach chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay!

From the booking to the welcomed feedback of how to make things more awesome, Julie was the best. It was a quiet time of year so it truly felt like we were the only people on the island. location of property just perfect ! we have always stayed at the resort but will be staying here in the future. It is very well equipped with bicycles and a kayak.

The location is great. Hard to find a more secluded and peaceful location on the beach. Condo was very clean and stocked well with necessities. Host was communicative and helpful as was Heather with the concierge service. Will stay again. Being able to bring our furry friend was also nice.

We had a wonderful visit. The property is very well maintained and the townhouse is as described. We stayed for a few nights with our 2 dogs . I have already booked a return:)

This is our 2nd time in this unit. We love the amenities that the property offers - beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, toys - just everything you need! Condo is well stocked and maintained. The beach is perfection. Julie was great to work with!
