I booked this for a sister weekend. It was perfect for what we needed. It appears that the house was built to be a summer getaway, so it is pretty basic and no frills and comes with all the creaks and quicks of an older house. The living room is perfect for hanging out and the four chairs make it easy to rearrange to suit your needs. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you would need to stay with a family and the dining room is spacious enough to easily accommodate everyone staying there. One point to consider if you are sensitive to scents is that there are quite a few plug in air fresheners in the house. My sisters and I are not and we still found them quite overwhelming. We ended up unplugging them and the house smelled fine, but note we stayed during the winter when musty smells are likely to be minimized.

We stayed at this house while in the area working for the week. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet and safe. We found everything clean and functioning. Though this home is slightly older, everything is clean and tidy. Everything was in good working order. This would be a great place for a family to stay and vacation.

The house was lovely, clean and nicely decorated. I was also very happy with all the essentials that were in the kitchen. The house looked small, but there was plenty of room inside. We wanted to let you know that the toilet near the two bedrooms rocked and water was running intermittently, plus the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. Also, the medicine cabinet in the master bedroom looks like it's coming off the wall.

The property was perfect for what I was looking for. A place for me and my family to reunite along the beach. The walk was only about 10 minutes which was nice but the little incline on the walk back really gets your heart pumping! Ashley was very courteous and quick to respond to my messages. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.
