Nice place to stay, loved the shower!

The little house is beautiful and well furnished. The bed was soo comfortable and everything was very clean. The host was amazing to work with. We will be returning for future trips! Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable!

Had booked the wee nook due to unforeseen plumbing problems from cold weather host upgraded us to the larger highland hideaway. Zero complaints was a very nice place. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time! Wish we could have stayed longer but passing through for one day. Did a fire in the fire pit and glad they had chairs and sticks because we didn’t have ours. Nice to have WiFi since our phones didn’t have signal. The road was steep but not unmanageable. Would stay there again for sure!

This nook is clean and safe! My son and I loved staying here. We had a great time! Would come back! We spent time hiking in the area. The easiest hike was the Lost Valley trail. It was awesome. My 10 year old loved it. Thank you!

This experience was awesome, from the first time i messaged Ashley. Then when we checked in, it was so simple! She even drove over 40 minutes to help me with the a/c, because I couldnt figure it out. Lol .. I'll definitely be back!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. First of all, the place was spotless, something important to me. The bed was very comfy. I didn’t have enough reception to make any calls, but once I connected to the wifi I was able to send and receive text. The internet was fast. The kitchen had everything we needed to make typical meals. The driveway was quite steep and I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to get back up in a front wheel drive camry, but it ended up being no problem, just go slow and steady. My wife had the only complaint that she wished the hand rail extended further up. She is shorter and couldn’t reach the hand rail from the top step before going down the stairs. The cows were really cute.

My husband and I thought this little cottage was perfect. It is decorated nice and has everything you need for a nice stay. There are extra pillows and blankets, which I appreciate! It heats up quickly on chilly nights! Lovely place. Will hopefully be back!

I was wanting something simple, clean, and cool after being on the river all day. This did not disappoint. It was extremely clean and cute. Funny story: I did really spook myself as we arrived after dark and pretty late. I kept hearing what I thought were people walking really close in pitch black darkness. Only to get a flashlight and realize it was just the cows 😀 The cows were a happy bonus, just know if you arrive after dark they are really close.

Me and the Wife wanted to get away from everything and this was the spot. The Highlands were nice to watch also. Could see every star at night

Wonderful property and such a great host!

Went to Jasper for a weekend getaway. Outside of town with two scenic routes to get to and from town. Used a car to access, just have to go slow. Blue hole swimming was just a crows fly away. Arkansas Grand Canyon near by too. Clean and spacious. Great price. Highly recommend!

It was very peaceful and we really enjoyed the highland cattle. The road was a little rough, glad we weren't in my mustang. But we really enjoyed our time together there!

We had a great time here. It's quiet and mostly secluded. There is another house nearby, but no one was there while we were. The fuzzy cows (Scottish Highland) were so sweet and even the baby came up to say hi. The bed is firmer than we tend to prefer, but that's going to vary for everyone. It's very clean and well maintained. Hubby said, "I think we've got to come back to this one!" Thanks, Ashley! She communicated quickly and was very accommodating. One of our favorite stays!!

We absolutely loved our stay!

I was SOO happy with the little Wee Nook. It was perfect for our stay. I do have a few suggestions. I would have loved to have wrote down things we liked and adventures we did, where we came from and how we ended up in your “Neck of the woods”… I would suggest getting a guestbook of some sort so your guests can share their stories. My friend and I stayed in one in North Carolina last year and reading all the stories was fun. Really enjoyed that u had left suggestions on nearby places to visit… and we Loved watching “Jolene” bounce around in the pasture… she’s such a cutie. I’ll definitely book again. Thanks so much…

The property was amazing. Looked just like the pictures. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy country living. The highland cattle made it extra special. I would love to come back again.

Out of everywhere we stayed on our trip this was the cleanest and most homey of them all. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had! Definitely recommend!

We had a very relaxed, peaceful two nights here, watching birds and playing with the Highland cows. Whippoorwills sang at night. It was a wonderful escape!

Loved this little cabin so much. They did a wonderful job on building this little house. Loved the sitting, very peaceful was much needed. Great place to get away from the busy city life even if just for a day. There is a ton of hiking trails near by we will be coming back . Owners were super nice. The cows were very sweet as well.

We’re really impressed with our stay at Wee Nook! The location was perfect for all the activities we planned to do. This trip was just a quick getaway for us and we appreciated the peace and quiet. The cows were my favorite! Really enjoyable! We’re exploring this area so we would love to come back for another stay.

The younger couples on our annual kayak/canoe trip down the Buffalo camped at Blue Hole. However, this 70+ age couple enjoyed the comfort of staying at the Wee Nook instead of primitive camping.
