Shower and toilet crammed into the same small place. Completely impractical

Very nice and tasteful renovated old house with a touch of luxury and a perfect location. Comfortable beds, good breakfast and nice staff.

Standard room with limited space for personal belongings in the bathroom and living area. Shower in the same space as the toilet makes it wet and there is no real door between the bathroom and sleeping area for privacy. As mentioned in earlier reviews they have some problems with hot and could water and when you take a shower you can suddenly have really hot water followed by cold….

Very clean. Great service, the room was always fresh when we returned. Great little touches like chocolate and fresh juice. Breakfast Staff was fabulous. Truly 5 star experience.

The shower situation was unfortunate. Toilet and shower are in the same place. The shower water temperature was not consistent. One can get scolded and also have freezing cold water with out touching the knob during shower.

A real gem in Cascais..a truly 5 stars boutique hotel. The service is amazing, personalized and very effecient. Breakfast is good with many options. The best is the location. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops near by, 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Rooms are a little small but we understand that it's part of the old structure.

The hotel was beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood, they have their very own perfume for the hotel from the only portuguese parfumer which is very addicting. The staff was so nice and keen to help!! They offer valet service for 15.- per night, which we gladly took use of since it‘s a bit complicated and/or expensive to park right around the grounds. We were in luck and got an upgrade and got to stay in a suite which was so AMAZING and nicely decorated. We had an amazing view of de plaza and even the sea. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop and a heated pool (because of the wind) which only the guests can use. Further the breakfast was awesome and made to order. We enjoyed staying in this hotel so much and will definitely visit again! Can‘t wait to be back

The rooms are quite expensive but in my opinion worth it!

It was truly a wonderful stay. Everyone was lovely and hospitable. I have a dairy allergy which they accommodated easily and went above and beyond. The bed was comfortable and the setting is so pretty. I highly recommend.

The location is absolutely perfect, the staff is very kind and the rooms are super comfortable and very charming. Staff also offered us rose and delicious snacks while chilling at the pool. 10/10 And the breakfast is amazing.

All the staff were wonderful, polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make our vacation so memorable and comfortable. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome, the restaurant food was amazing as were the staff and the hotel was beautiful with lovely rooms and a rooftop pool. We will return again soon.

Didn’t stay long enough

Top-notch boutique hotel , located downtown in Cascais with amazing views to the Cidadela and the sea. The hotel is all about feeling at home and I could experience the lovely and cozy ambiance . The staff if always willing to help with a smile on their face :-). The rooms are wonderfully decorated and the quality of the beds make you sleep like an angel ! Loved the a la carte breakfast and the dinner was to ask for more ! The rooftop with a small heated swimming pool and the garden/see view it is were it’s possible to have cocktails and drinks and on the sun-beds relax after a marvelous day in Sintra and Cascais . Plus the Art is always around us ( not even inside but also outside the hotel) , and it is possible to sleep within a sculpture of the well know artist Vhils and also admire the paintings that are around!
