The staff was amazing! They were very attentive and accommodating. Our room was clean with a beautiful view and comfortable bed. In regards to sleeping, it is quieter on the lakeside of the building with no noise from the road. We are repeat lodgers and hope to return in the future.

Property was beautiful. Directly on Lake Superior. The view from the room was amazing. Not many places nearby to eat, but there is a restaurant directly on the property. The pool was open until midnight.

The exterior looked ok, but interior looked run down and not clean. Very thin walls and also could hear a lot of voice overhead from the next floor up. It was convenient to the highway and local attractions.

Property has been maintained well but is in need of an update inside. I felt like I was staying there in 1990! The pool was nice. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I can't say anything about that. Our room had a view of the lake which was beautiful. I would stay there again if I needed to.

I was a beautiful area. I didn't like the elevator was broke, the front desk attendant laughed and no one offered help with getting things up the stairs.

Front desk staff was less than helpful. They run everything on paper and was not efficient at all. We had to leave and come back twice to check in, because they would only give us the exact room they had planned for us that day. No apologies, but we were told, well it happens sometimes.

We went to move my son into Michigan Tech, was any very easy to get to and from school, staff was amazing, has restaurant on site very good food. I will definitely stay again.

Very good clean and nice having restaurant on site. Nice view of the water. Wonderful hot tub and pool area. Only one thing booked through Expedia and we’re on the3rd floor away from elevator. When we asked if they had another room closer to lobby as my husband has a lung condition and walking far makes him short of breath. Clerk said no because we booked through Expedia.

We had arrived after returning from Isle Royale, so had lots of luggage and cooler reconfigurations. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order. Most of the time that would be fine, but was just a little extra inconvenient (and I’m sure not typical)
