The hotel is very clean, the location is very nice, the beach in front is very good. The two women working at the reception are very sweet, friendly and helpful. They provided us with a car much more convenient than the car rental company. After checking out from the hotel, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel and provided us with a shower after the sea.
The only downside was the breakfast was very poor

Payment (not deposit) for beach towels.
Room was freezing at night, though this may be a blessing in high season.
Pictures in booking.com were a little misleading.
Difficult to judge as most facilities closed due to it being end of season.

The hotel has a large swimming pool offering a quiet relaxing setting and is right on the beach with stunning views in a truely special place with many lovely bars and restaurants close by or is a perfect location.

perfect location, across the road from the pebble beach. loved the pool. my room was clean and the white linen and bed/pillows all fantastic - a very comfortable stay. i will definitely be back.
the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, however not much knowledge around possible tours of the island or general tourist information.

Stuff was great, location is superb, room on the beach which we got was new or renovated not long ago and also had a wifi, parking place for a rent a car, tables for eating the breakfast were also outside around the pool, sunbeds on the beach are free, Kokkari town is perfect
We liked the breakfast, but if it would be something new every second day or so, we would love it ;)
Nothing to do with property, but it was windy all the time, for few days the wind was very strong.

Nice sea view from the balcony, great location
Useless WiFi keeps disconnecting every 2 minutes, tiny bathroom, inconsistent water temperature

Good size, very clean, friendly staff, excellent location to get to Lemonakia Beach as well as into town, the sound of the waves on the beach, nice swimming pool, eat breakfast outside
Bed a little bit uncomfortable (wake up stiff)
