sehr schöne Wohnung und alles super sauber

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und geräumig. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls zufriedenstellend.
Super ist die Lage..bis in die stadt ist es quasi ein katzensprung.
Etwas unangenehm ist dass die einzelnen Räume nur durch eine Art Innenbalkon verbunden sind, sodass die Räume selbst keine Zimmer haben.
Wirklich unzureichend ist der Spiegel im Bad. Der eine ist zu tief der andere zu hoch und die Beleuchtung dazu nicht ideal. Ohne eigenen Spiegel ist man quasi aufgeschmissen.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war etwas erschwert via App und Hotline wo initial jemand geantwortet hatte, der so erschien als würde er deutsch nicht gut sprechen.

Die Lage ist super: sehr zentral und für uns trotzdem verhältnismäßig ruhig. Die Kommunikation ist extrem nett und unkompliziert und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wohnung wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt.
Wir hätten uns über etwas Kaffee gefreut.

Es war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt.
Der Zugang zu den Apartments ist leider nicht barrierefrei und der Eingang ins Haus sehr steil und eng. Darauf sollte man hinweisen. (Wir waren mit Kinderwagen und Omas unterwegs, da war die steile Treppe am Eingang etwas anstrengend.)
Außerdem wäre ein moderner Wasserkocher wünschenswert, damit das Kochen schneller geht.

The location was amazing, so close to everything which made accessing places really easy. It was also a much bigger space than we envisioned it to be which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was very nicely presented and had everything one could need in it.
Only negative was the temperature and pressure of the water in the shower.

Badezimmer alt und keine Haken für die nassen Handtücher. Das sogenannte dritte Bett war nur ein Ausziehsofa und ziemlich unbequem. Fotos sehen immer spektakulärer aus, als es in Wahrheit ist.

The facilities and amenities were up to standard. The location was very central walking distance into the city and a tram stop at the end of the road.

being pestered repeatedly to leave a 10 point review. Best marks should be achieved by outstanding performance, not constant harassment to give a good rating. How about providing tea and coffee at least for the first day, as most other establishments do? Or clean the windows?
