The house was just right for all of us. The house was perfect for our entire family. we had lovely view of the ocean from the upstairs, easy access to the beach, and the pool was a great place to gather the entire family. We look forward to planning another trip for next year.

Loved our stay in Holden Beach. The house was very cute and well decorated. Only thing to be aware of- the kitchen is not well stocked for lots of cooking. But overall we had a great time!

This home is not only beautiful but the location was perfect for our family reunion. Please note that the elevator is a major problem. We arrived on Sunday and it wasn’t fixed until Wednesday afternoon. So that meant all luggage, coolers and boxes had to be carried up to the third floor. Then on Saturday the elevator was stuck between floors with 2 people who couldn’t exit. So then the elevator was reset but the problem not addressed; however, I didn’t ride it because none of us trusted it. So everything had to be carried downstairs on Sunday. I have been in physical therapy and had to start using my cane again because of the steps and was really limited in my changing of floors. There were several other issues which were frustrating such as no working can opener, no working remote living room fan, broken chair leg, etc. It is a beautiful home that needs a little attention! Sorry to not be more positive because it is just a beautiful home which all of us would want to stay in again if the elevator can be trusted! If you aren’t handicapped and don’t need the elevator, we highly recommend the home.

This was the perfect property. So close to the beach and great views from the front porch. The space is just beautiful with the perfect room layout. The pool was a great place to relax in the evenings and many a competitive game of basketball was had with the pool hoop. We’ll definitely be staying here in the future.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holden Beach. Our house was spacious and its pool was wonderful! The quick walk to the beach made our vacation complete.

Our family really enjoyed this vacation house. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with necessities, the extras for the pool and beach were fun, and it was beautifully designed. We have been staying in vacation homes for at least 15 years and this house was one of the nicest we’ve rented.

everything exceeds our expectations. Clean. close to the ocean. elevator was a life saver. grandchildren loved the pool. Gina was great !

The house is lovely! Great location to easily access the beach, which would get very crowded near public beach access but not so much where we were. It was so nice to come back to the pool. The kids had a great time playing basketball in it and the adults enjoyed relaxing in the refreshing water. We did have issues with the refrigerator/freezer. The house manager responded immediately and attempted to have it fixed right away (a part needed ordered for it so not quite fully functional when we left). Overall, it was a wonderful, clean, nicely decorated home that we all enjoyed very much!! If we return to Holden Beach, we would definitely try to get this home again!
