Room was scrupulously clean and comfortable with lovely comfortable super king sized bed.
Breakfast was excellent. Great choice and well cooked.
The accommodation was right opposite to the bus stop which ran every 10 minutes down into town or to Painton and Torquay in the other direction.
Helen and Paul were the perfect hosts. Could not have done more for us
The bathroom was well equipped with a lovely walk in shower although it was on the small side if I was going to be picky

Wow wow wow our stay at fair winds was exceptional 😃 from start to finish. Helen and Paul are amazing hosts, nothing was to much trouble. The rooms and the house it self were so welcoming and comfy, extremely clean and beautiful presented. Breakfast was fantastic huge selection and quality meat . You won't be disappointed if you stay here we can't wait to go back.

Welcoming hoasts who couldn't do enough to help outstanding breakfast freshly cooked each day with plenty of choice.the rooms were excellently maintained and very comfortable such a great location10 minuteswalk to Brixham Harbour or if you wanted to get the bus ,bus stop outside with busses every10 mins. So happy with our stay have booked to stay again. Would highly recommend a stay there .

Hosts Helen & Paul were very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was beautiful very clean more than comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional could not fault anything and will certainly visit again 100%,
There was nothing we did not like. Everything was spot on from the beautiful garden to the gorgeously furnished room we had. Fresh towels lovely toiletries, tea/coffee facilities. The bed was so comfortable we had a very peaceful sleep. Lovely bedding a lot of detail was taken in the furnishing of these rooms. We stayed in the Minstral - beautiful.

Good location just 10-15 minutes walk from the harbour, accommodation very clean, good selection of choices for breakfast and Paul and Helen were very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The Location was easy to find. Good off road parking and the property was clean throughout. welcoming and friendly Host, Excellent selection for Breakfast and the hot breakfast was cooked to perfection.

Helen and Paul have a spotlessly clean guest house, it is furnished to a very high standard, rooms are lovely and they both make you feel very welcome. The food was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
The outside garden area at the rear of the property was a very relaxing space for an evening drink/food.
We would definitely recommend this property and return.

Fantastic hosts, the Sundowner room is well appointed and very clean, breakfast was A+++++, cant fault the Fair winds, will definitely return and stay here again.

Paul & Helen were extremely accommodating. I was visiting Brixham for work, and they helped me immensely by providing my breakfast around my work schedule.
It was quiet, very clean, comfortable and had good wifi to check those emails!

What a little gem this place is. Fair Winds is about a 15 minute walk from the town centre or there's a bus stop straight across the road. The bedroom (Santa Ana) was beautifully presented and we slept well in the extremely comfortable bed. The choice of breakfast is varied and there's something there for everyone. We enjoyed sitting in the tranquil sun trap garden after a day filled with lots of walking. Highly recommended

Clean and comfortable accommodation, Helen and Paul the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is exceptional with such a large variety of foods on offer. We would definitely stay here again. 🙂
En suite shower room is very small so not much room for movement when trying to dry yourself after a shower, not a problem if you prefer to dry yourself off in the shower cubicle when done .

Lovely and clean with very friendly and helpful hosts. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and so much choice. Location is good as only a short was to Brixham Harbour. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.
