The location, close to the beach & restaurants. The upper kitchen / lounge / balcony is spacious and nicely decorated.

The shower is over a deep spa which is not easy to get into & the support handle is only a suction unit which slipped when I held onto it. There is mould along the seal between the spa & tiles. The website says there are basics supplied, but this did not include milk, shampoo, conditioner or body wash (although the dispensers were attached to the wall in the bathroom). The taps in the upstairs powder room are corroded & feel sharp when used. The townhouses were being painted so there was a lot of noise from early in the morning, added to this there is construction happening at the site next door. The townhouses don’t appear to have pressure-closers on the flyscreen doors, so there is a constant banging noise during the day & night.

Great location and clean tidy unit. Plenty of room for a family of four. Good to be able to do washing and cook if you needed to,

The unit is managed by a different company to the onsite manager/staff so when we locked ourselves out we couldn't get anyone onsite to help us and when it was time to leave, we couldn't leave our bags at reception. I think that's a clunky experience as a guest - you would expect to be able to get help from the onsite staff.

Great location, and really good Townhouse right opposite the beach. The property manager from Compass was also incredibly helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our requests and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend!

Horseshoe bay has very patchy mobile internet coverage. Setting up WIFI would be extremely helpful!

Location was fabulous. Kichen and laundry facilities great. Lovely balcony with pool view. Across from the beach was so good

Beds were a little uncomfy and no wifi. Such bad phone service on that side of island caused issues with me working remotely with no wifi.
