Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Eine tolle Villa mit viel Platz und perfekter Lage.

Die Villa ist etwas hellhörig. Bei dem Preis hätten wir uns erwartet, dass das Frühstück dabei ist, was es nicht war.

The villa really is stunning and the staff were very accommodating. There’s a fully equipped kitchen which we used to make breakfast everyday. I really liked that there was a water dispenser, reducing single waste plastic water bottles.

The villas aren’t particularly sound proof, which is a bit of a pain point considering there is construction going on atm. Bedding could be improved

The space and staff

Nothing it was all excellent

It is a well designed, well thought out property. The pool is nice for a quick dip during any time of the day. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a tv with Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with a fridge, gas stove and microwave for quick meals and utensils and cutlery were provided as well. There are 2 showers and water closets so each of us could use the loo at the same time if necessary.

The location is not the greatest, it is not on a busy road in canggu, but the biggest problem is that the side road that the villas are on is not paved and cars cannot enter all the way to the villas. It is a small thing and I am hoping it will eventually be paved once the villas are more developed.

Beautifully designed villa, brand new, still a few final touches to be made, but overall very happy with our stay. Loved the pool and how much open space you had in the lounge and bedroom. Friendly staff that tried to go above and beyond to help you out - really appreciated this.

The address is a little tricky to find for locals (getting dropped to the villa or getting food delivered) - there needs to be better instructions to give, as the address provided doesn't seem to be where it leads people to go.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was impeccably clean, boasting a fantastic location, it gave off a home away from home vibe. Moreover, the staff went beyond being just lovely; they were genuinely caring and attentive, making our experience truly exceptional. Komang was super caring, checked in on us daily and gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area. He made us feel incredibly welcomed throughout our stay. His hospitality truly enhanced our experience, and we were grateful for his attentiveness and warmth.

such a beautiful villa in a great location. the staff were incredibly friendly and our villa was always clean! the villa is much bigger than what it seems in photos. the bedroom is massive too! definitely recommend this villa to stay.

they’re developing other villas next door, so you may experience construction noise from 8am-5pm. this didn’t really bother us though since we didn’t spend much time at the villa. however because of this, cars and gojeks found it difficult to reach us. just something to be weary of. the stairs to upstairs are really narrow, and each step is quite short. just be careful of this!

Blacksand villas staff were amazing! really beautiful people that were as accomodating as they could have been. Solid location, great access to bars and restaurants. Nice high ceilings with pretty view from second floor.

Unfortunately half the villas in the complex are under construction at the moment which was quite disruptive, adding noise and mess. I don’t think guests should have been paying full price.. or at least should have been informed before booking. While the villa is quite beautiful in design, the sound proofing and finishes of the accommodation aren’t great you can really hear your neighbours and mosquitoes get in as doors and windows aren’t sealed. things to note: towels in downstairs bathroom needed kitchen soap and washing up/wiping up needed air conditioners really loud hot water lasts 5 mins need blinds downstairs

the villa itself is very pretty and modern and the staff were really nice and helpful

construction noises of the remaining 7 villas being built from 8am until past 6pm, the bed was very hard, getting there from the Main Street was dirty as you had to walk through a construction site, mud puddles and building equipment and debris. it wasn’t upfront on the ad and we had to end our stay short, in time we think it will get better.

It was very convenient to go anywhere in Canggu! 3-5 mins bike ride to the beach
