Mi è piaciuto della struttura e la sua posizione centrale, noi siamo andati nella stagione invernale per cercare il vero e proprio clima natalizio, siamo stati soddisfatti in quanto proprio sotto casa partivano i mercatini di Natale. La casa è posizionata in pieno centro

In primis vorrei parlare del fatto che non ci sia nessuno per il check-in, questo in quanto la struttura è completamente gestibile da remoto, e anche se sembra una cosa positiva non lo è assolutamente.abbiamo riscontrato fin da subito numerosi problemi nella camera sia per una questione di pulizia , sia per un problema legato al televisore. Ho contattato ovviamente il servizio di assistenza (che consiglio caldamente di non contattare mai in quanto è un gira e rigira di informazioni contrastanti), e anche se ho fatto presente che la nostra camera sporca fin dall’inizio non si sono minimamente degnati nemmeno di mandarci un servizio aggiuntivo di pulizie (che ho richiesto) ma semplicemente ci hanno risposto di mandare ulteriori immagini su immagini per dimostrare il “””vero””” Stato della camera. NESSUNO che ti possa aiutare nel caso succeda un problema, io il mio fidanzato infatti tornando a casa abbiamo incontrato numerose volte fuori dal portone d’ingresso della struttura alcune persone che non riuscivano proprio ad accedervi (in quanto serve un codice specifico ottenibile dopo una procedura online), e che anche loro si lamentavano dell’assistenza. Sono giovane e sto iniziando a girare il mondo, sono stata in paesi dove l’acqua potabile non era quasi garantita e onestamente ho ricevuto molta più assistenza che in questo posto. Molto ma molto male sconsigliatissima!!!!

Very clean, very new, very spacious, comfortable bed, huge bathroom. Super-easy to access through PIN on the door. Right in the centre of Villach. Didn't use kitchen, but seemed very well provided for

Die Räumlichkeit ist in Villach optimal gelegen. Sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die kleine Küchen ist Gold wert. Ich werde gerne wieder buchen.

Beim Kühlschrank stimmt etwas nicht. Er schaltete immer wieder für längere Zeit eine Art Kompressor ein. Ziemlich laut und auch nachts. Dadurch war die Schlafqualität gestört. Normalerweise ist dieses Nachschalten leise.

Wir haben keinen Türcode bekommen. So konnten wir das Zimmer nicht beziehen. Trotz Telefon und mehreren E-Mails. Wir standen vor der Tür. Per Telefon kam nach etwa 20 Minuten ein Kontakt zustande. Er sollten in der nächsten Minute eine E-Mail bekommen mit dem Code. Diese kam nicht. Nach über 20 Minuten eine E-Mail ohne Türcode. So musten wir in einen anderen Hotel übernachten. Vielen Danke. Nie wieder. Abgebucht wurde allerdings blitzartig.

It was easy to access, close to all places we wanted to see in the city. Located in a waking distance from the main train station.

We had difficulties getting the access pins, but support team was very prompt and helpful.

Clean and well kitted out

Noisy part of town and room had no air conditioning so it was a difficult balance between noise and heat (do you keep the window open?). With the window open there were street revellers and street cleaning (at 4:30am) to keep you awake but with the window closed it became hot (even with a fan on)

I liked the modern design of the room, also check-in until 0:00 is the main reason I choose this apartment. The room has a lot of equipment. It was dark and pretty quiet even though there was some kind of festival outside.

Maybe I missed it but I would appreciate free parking space recommendation, I went to paid one and ended up paying 24 euros for less than 12 hours. Also I don't see the need for selfie during check-in, I couldn't make the photo work for a long time (it was different than the guide suggested).

Lovely and spacious, clean kitchen with all you could need. Bathroom was lovely with an amazing shower 👌 Even had access to a modern washer dryer.

Floors extremly dirtly, Hairs and Dirt in the Fridge, no floor towel, central location but opposite a bar so very loud all night

The days in advance for checking in. Kitchen barely useful: no stove vent, one thin dish towel, no broom, no spare trash bag, no recycling instructions, soap dispenser that is for hands rather than to be picked up & used over the sink. Shower drain clogged, very slow, flooded the bathroom.Shower gel almost empty upon arrival. No iron & ironing board, contrary to the ad.

The apartment is spacious and close to the main attractions in the city centre. Good location.

The fact that once you register with the property you’ve got to wait for about 40 minutes before the code allows you to open the door and get in. In my case I had to ask for the access code at least 4 times because none of the codes provided worked properly. This is so annoying, especially because after the second day the code expired and I had to ask for a new one. The company should definitely do something about this.

Super modern, clean and fresh apartment with all facilities and comfort one needs for a stay. Online check-in was quick and easy, everything worked out well with no reception. Well located in the city center. We also had breakfast there as the kitchen is fully equipped. Would definitely come back here once we are back to Villach.

Lovely apartment, 5 minute walk from the main station. Had a nice kitchen and bathroom. Easy online check in to get entry codes. Very clean.

the whole behaviour of tis organisation who will take my money though i had not fulfilled entirely subscribing. from wehre did they have my full visa number. so ioch ose a more serious offer in villach instead

Room was in the citycenter. About 5min walk to trainstation. There was small kitchen with all needed things. Shower was super nice. Check-in and check-out were easy.

We didn't understand that the windows closed electrically. Would be good to have this information with the buttons.

Everything was fabulous. Easy to find only a short walk from the train.

The fridge reverberated and we had to switch off the electricity in the night to be able to sleep.
