The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is equipped with everything you need for short or longer stay. It is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Although it is located outside of the city centre there are supermarkets and cafes near by (walking distance) so you can have a good breakfast or simply buy some food and prepare your self a meal. Also, if you have a car there is a free parking space near the building. The instructions how to enter the building a very clear.

We didn’t miss anything in the apartment – everything was clean and the space in the leaving room and kitchenette was very well organised.

We had the most wonderful stay at the PM-PremiumAPART in Strassgang, Graz! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the place. The apartment was truly a home away from home, equipped with all the necessary utilities to make our stay comfortable and convenient. One of the highlights of the apartment was the lovely balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while soaking in the picturesque surroundings. The proximity to the bus station, especially Line 32, made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city center without any hassle. The convenience of having reliable public transportation right at our doorstep was a major plus point and of course, we need to mention free parking for the car. We must also commend the hosts for their excellent hospitality and attention to detail. They ensured that the apartment was not only spotless but also stocked with all the essentials that a traveler might need. The comfort of knowing that everything was taken care of added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. All in all, we cannot recommend this apartment enough. If you're looking for a spacious, clean, and well-equipped place to stay in Graz, with the added advantage of easy access to the city center via Line 32, this apartment in Strassgang is the perfect choice. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

The apartment was well appointed and spacious with everything needed for a short stay. It was very clean with free parking and easy access by bus to the city centre.

The sofa bed was very flimsy and made a lot of noise with any movement. Our checkin was delayed by an hour because the apartment had not been cleaned.

We really enjoyed spending a night at PM. The apartment was excellent, spacious, modern, equipped with everything you need and close to the highway. The furniture and kitchen equipment are new, and the interior decorations are done with great taste and elegance. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony is spacious and has a laptop socket. We communicated very well with the owners, who provided us with all the details of access to the apartment. There are parking lots around the building, with the condition to put in the car, in plain view, a paper pin (we found it on the table in the apartment). We were sorry we stayed only one night. We highly recommend this location.

The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The washing machine was easy to use (5euro). The staff were so nice and accommodating even late at night. We got two extra hours of late checkout for free. Parking was also free. Easy to get to.

The air condition turned itself off several times. Either we are dumb or something is not working.

Nice location, good view. Apartment has everything needed. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances. Huge wardrobe, great terrace. Also a good thoughtful thing - there is a picture of area surrounding apartment with marked place for parking.

The apartment is clean and well catered for one day or several days in Graz and the surrounding area. Parking was free and very easy. Public transport into Graz is only 50 meters from the property. Supermarkets, and restaurants within 100 metres from the property. After a few hiccups with the amount linen provided for our stay all was sorted very quickly. Communication with the owner is via Phone or through Booking.com, but this was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay

There is no reception but messenger contact is very fast!
