Fabulous property with breathtaking views! My family and I had a wonderful time relaxing in this clean, comfortable, and beautiful place.

I don't think there is a better ocean view anywhere. Views from every room. House could use some upgrades but still very comfortable. Host was great to work with and responded immediately when contacted. Note that ants are a problem but we were aware of that going in. With spray and ant bait we were able to keep them somewhat under control.

We had an amazing week! The view from each room was beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax by the fireplace and sit on the bench seats in front of the huge living room windows to sit back and watch the ocean waves. Our twin teens loved the fame room too. We will definitely be back again.

The cliff view is breathtaking of the coast line The home is very well appointed.The sheets soft as butter. The home is very cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace on cool nights. We will return.

this is a truly a breathtaking property! It is on the coast, overlooking the shore and the rocks where you can see seals, birds, and whales! We were 6 adults and 1 kid and found it to be a great escape over Thanksgiving. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen which was large and well appointed. The views were the star of this house, though our 8 year old loved playing on the arcade!

Great House overall. The stairs were a little hard to deal with.

This place was awesome. Just outside of Gualala so all the conveniences are nearby. All the bedrooms were great, the views were stunning, the living room was so beautiful and comfortably fit everyone. Highly recommended.

We spent the weekend here and absolutely loved it. The location is incredible and the hot tub features some spectacular views. Check in was simple and communication with the host was great. We will definitely be booking this spot again!

Our family and friends had a great stay here. The views are great and the kitchen is very well-stocked with cooking and serving dishes. Just note that the house is right on the ocean and built on three levels with lots of narrow stairs between so may not be ideal for toddlers and elderly. But we are looking forward to returning!

Just driving up to the house you already know your going to like it. The driveway is steep, so low vehicle use caution. When entering the house, your greeted with a view of a sunken living room and a wall of windows with only the Pacific Ocean as your view! From the living room looking North you can see the coastline and to the South a peninsula with a rock that the ocean don't like. The waves are constantly hitting it and making a big theatrical performance out of it! In the house, it's large and quite. But on the deck you can, of course, hear the ocean (more at night then the day). Also at night...stars! So many stars. With the right lens, a clear sky and no moon...star photography from the deck. Owner responded quickly when I had a question. The Surf Market in Gualala has everything you need for the large kitchen if your a cook. Across from the Surf Market is another food store with a nice souvenir store next to it. This was my 3rd time in Gualala and this time I thoroughly explored the coast between Saltpoint and Manchester. Amazing house. Amazing location. Amazing coastline. Amazing California.
