Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the "River Way Cottage" to be as described. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. Both bedrooms were spacious, as was the rest of the house.Surprisingly the road had quite a lot of traffic going by.It is likely only in September that apples falling on the metal roof would wake the guests as it did startle me awake several times the first night, but earplugs remedied that for the next 2 nights.

It was a very pleasant stay in a very cute house.

The house was so cute and comfortable, great location to explore the redwoods and coast.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible , dozens of insect bites after the first night. No help whatsoever from hosts, no fumigation, despite our numerous complaints. We had to sleep fully dressed, self sanitised the bedding the best we could ourselves ( washing, drying, using UV lights and disinfectant wipes.red welts all over us. Property managers ( Hope) promised full refund and also pay for our hotel stay but then recanted, She scheduled supposedly a fumigation after our departure 🙄😳 but 3 days after we left it is still pending ( per text from Hope). It is also terribly noisy, next door highway does not stay quiet ever, dogs next door bark, neighbours use power tools from sunrise to sunset ( literally!!!).

This was a very comfortable place in a good location for exploring the area.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The home was clean, comfy, and had almost everything we needed. The setting was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The kids loved watching the deer eat fruit off of the trees in the morning. So grateful for the games and puzzles that also kept them entertained. Overall a great stay and we would definitely book this home again.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this place. We loved the cleanliness and attention to detail. Would love to return.
