Our entire family said this was our favorite place to stay on our road trip around Lake Erie! Very clean, great location, enough beds for everyone - Would definitely stay here again!

Great impression. Very clean, very nice layout and comfortable. We did not use the firepit ( too busy), but there was wood and firestarter available. He also had detergent pods for the washer if you needed to wash clothes. He thought of a lot of small things. We will return.

The 414 Property was ideal for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable. We wanted a king bed and it was very comfortable! Although we didn’t use it, the fire pit, grill and patio are great amenities. It is close to Watkins Glen and the surrounding areas. There are aeveral breweries on this side of the lake. The Grist Iron was a great place to watch the sunset. We would definitely recommend and use again!

We all liked this rental property and its convenient location on Rt. 414 near so many wineries. The weather didn’t cooperate so we did not take advantage of the backyard dining table, gas grill, or fire pit, but these are nice additions.

We were very happy with our stay. Very deceiving from the outside. The unit was immaculate, well appointed and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, new, and very nice. It has everything you need and in the perfect location to try a bunch of different wineries. Biggest complaint is that the person sleeping in the front king room can hear the cars as they pass on the main road. But we would definitely stay again!!!

Had a great stay at this property. Check in was simple, very clean, comfy bedding, perfect location for hiking Watkins Glen and surrounding parks, and close to grocery stores and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here and really only used it as a place to rest our heads. Though there was a well equipped kitchen, we only used the fridge. There is a full sized coffee maker as well as a K-cup. The place was really clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and shower was roomy and nice. I would certainly recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had terrible winter weather on our way there, but made it safe! This is a great space. Very roomy, clean, and easy to find. We even used the grill in the snow. The host is very accommodating and responsive. We would absolutely stay again! Thanks for having us!

My husband and I planned a long weekend to the Finger Lakes and needed a small place to stay. Our host lived up to our expectations. It was very clean and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable. And we appreciated that we had coffee stocked in the kitchen for the mornings. We would highly recommend!!!

This place is only sbout 5 mins from Watkins Glen, does have a couple wineries and a tap room you could walk to, road is a bit busy so be careful. Room was very very clean!!! Sheets and beds so comfy. Shower in bathroom great. We didn't get to take advantage of the firepit since it was a busy weekend but will for sure be back to use that and the grill and outside seating. One recommendation is to have a couple small fans in the bedrooms for us ladies of a certain age. This is a great place to do a family reunion....they have 4 units in the building and a nice big shared backyard.

Property was clean and as expected! Perfect space for our 4 adults and one child. Everything you need is included! We were excited for the fire pit, but rain had other plans. Thankful for a very enjoyable stay! :) Great location!

We had an absolutely great stay... the listing is highly accurate...the beds here are very comfortable (soft but supportive)... the kitchen is fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean & spacious and the living room area is very welcoming with comfy furniture... didn't make use of the outdoor areas with such a short stay but they were nice and neat...we booked a two night stay on short notice and arrived in the evening... there was a slight mishap that otherwise wouldn't be worth putting into the review other then the fact that the owners were super quick to respond and were very gracious to accommodate us... they definitely care about their guests and that they have the best possible experience... the only regret was our stay was too short... wouldn't hesitate for a second to book here again

This property was just perfect for our long weekend. We were celebrating our wives birthdays and the location was excellent. Very clean and good amenities - the fire pit was a nice plus. Definitely worth it.

The owner thought of everything in this property. It literally had everything needed for a perfect getaway. It was a great location near both downtown and many wineries around the lake. We will definitely be back. Also the complimentary bottle left from J.R. Dill turned out to be one of our favorites and we bought a few additional bottles to bring home to enjoy!!
