This was probably the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, comfortable, well-stocked, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Plenty of activities for all ages…swimming, boating, ping pong, foosball, pool table. Bathrooms were luxurious, linens were high quality and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. Deck above boat dock was a great place to watch sunset. Water slide into lake was fun for the kids and adults alike. Yard and pool were nicely shaded from the Texas heat in the afternoon. We rented a boat and enjoyed some time on the Colorado River. It was a great vacation for three generations of family.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It offered beautiful gathering spaces, high end amenitites, and lots of active options for our children and grandchildren to enjoy. Communication with the property manager was prompt and efficient. We highly recommend this property for all ages and desired activity levels. The only area of improvement is to update the listing to ensure awareness of the bathroom outside near the pool as we were not aware that it was available behind a locked door until our trip was complete.

The pool was great and location on the lake you cant get any better. We brought our bass boat and it fit perfectly on the boat lift. I defiantly recommend this house for larger groups. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for everyone. 5 stars plus.

We had 16 family members and everyone had a comfortable spot to sleep. We had two elder family members so the elevator was exactly what we needed. This house has EVERY single amenity you could ask for and then some. My family has stayed at several home rentals over the years and have never stayed anywhere as stocked as this one. We loved the pool and hot tub for night swimming and the kids loved the lake slide and boat dock for fishing. I really loved how clean the lake was off the dock for floating and swimming. The boat lift was a wonderful addition for our ski boat and worked perfectly. Last but not least, Jon was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure our stay was a wonderful experience. We will be back!!

The house was fabulous, the management company was very communitive and the weather cooperated just enough through totality. Kingsland gives you a quiet, small town feel and this house gives you the Malibu vibe....best of both worlds! Not many rental homes have SubZero & Wolf appliances ....top shelf all the way. Definitely recommend.
