Wonderful place to visit. House was as described, beds and couch comfy. The adventure shed, fire out and toys/games for kids were awesome. My favorite part was the water front private beach. So beautiful. Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Although it was just a quick get-away, we were able to explore Algoma, cycled 25 miles around Washington Island, and enjoyed a relaxing evening that included hot tubbing under the stars! Thanks for an awesome experience

The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with dishes, bath towels (bring your own beach towels), board games and activities. The kids loved the kayaks and easy access to the beautiful pebble beach. Hot tub was a hit and the view of the lake (plus the sound of the waves) made for a relaxing stay. Grilling and chilling. Highly recommended!

Great place for chill family vacation. Nice modern house, clean bathrooms, open concept kitchen great room, screen porch. Sun, swim, kayak, bike, grill, firepit, chill. Loved it. Quiet and private away from NorDoor touristy stuff but all that is accessible in 20 - 30 minute drive. Everyone loved it. Dog friendly too!

This property is beautiful. The location is south of Door county however the little town of Algoma didnt disappoint. Great for all ages to visit and the lake front property is beautiful. I would recommend this propery to anyone seeking a relaxing enjoyable vacation.

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway with our family, there was plenty of space for all of us, including my toddler-aged nephew and my ~55 lb dog. The view of the lake was beautiful and we enjoyed having a fire one night of our trip. The location was convenient, trips to Sturgeon Bay were quick. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was nice so we could have family dinners at the house and cook together. Would definitely recommend!

This property was so well equipped, clean, and comfortable! We used the bikes, kayaks, and the fire pokers from the adventure shed and there was enough for all to enjoy. The hot tub and fire stove was used nightly! The kitchen had everything we needed! Great property and would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Milky Way Hideaway on our girls wknd. The hosts thought of everything.
The house is completely updated, clean & well equipped for practically anything. They even had a towel warmer which we used when getting out of the hot tub! The attention to detail showed throughout.
The view of Lake Michigan is gorgeous! We enjoyed the sun shining on the water in the morning & hearing the waves in the evening while in the hot tub.
There were little extras like a filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator so we could have water, numerous boxes of Kleenex throughout, plenty of garbage bags & lots of paper towels.
The location was great & we found ourselves getting to know Algoma on our adventures. It was a short drive to other destinations in Door County.

This vacation home has everything you need. Fully stocked with all the amenities you may need. Great hot tub, the beds were amazing and the view was stunning. Coffee Bar was a plus as well as the grill and indoor fireplace.

A two day getaway to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life.
We enjoyed some shopping, wine tasting, nice dinner.
The place was very nice, right on the lake. Beautiful morning view.
We would really consider coming back in the summer for outdoor activities.

My husband and I came to Door County for our honeymoon and the views were breathtaking. Within a short time being at the home, a large Bald Eagle came flying 40yards from the home, landed in the tree. It was such a cool thing to see! The hot tub was a plus to go in at night and see the sky light up from all the stars..Not something you can see in the city very well. All communication with Emily was quick and professional . We will be coming back in the future.

The location is perfect, close enough to shops and restaurants, but secluded enough for the peacefulness we were looking for. Watching the sunrise from the hot tub was amazing and listening to the waves crash on the rocks was so relaxing. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. I highly recommend this property! Overall this was a nice property for a quiet family getaway. The house is on the small side and outside is very average, but is nicely updated inside. Kitchen was very well stocked and the adventure shed was great for kids. Within 15 minutes of Sturgeon Bay. A bit higher priced based than other places we have stayed in or near Door County.

This was amazing! The accommodations were the best! We used the hot tub in the evenings, the bikes in the mornings, the kayaks both morning and evenings! We walked the dogs every day up the road. The lake view is amazing! Even our pups loved it. We want to go back!
