The moment you go inside you feel at home. Hotel himself in a wonderful location, breakfast was amazingly fresh and delicious and nothing missed. Very close by walk to restaurants, pubs, beach, old town, shinklin shine etc… the owners are truly amazing peoples. Deborah and Brendon were so lovely and couldn’t do better to make their guest happy. As we travel a lot and stayed in many others hotels around the world even more luxury then this Hotel , The Cliff Hill will stay in our memories as one of the best Hotel we ever stayed. The wiev from the room was just a heartbreaking and the bed was so comfortable. So easy to park just infront of the Hotel. In any way if you come to Isle Of Wight reserve directly here without hesitation, so easy to explore the island from this place. Thank you Deborah and Brendon for everything. If we come back to island one day we will directly reserve again and again in your lovely hotel 😊

So hard to say good bye

The couple who owns the hotel are very nice. They made us feel welcome and also accommodated our request for a little bit late arrival than their usual check-in closing time. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach. The beach is nice and has multiple options for food and kid's entertainment areas.

We couldn't find a room for the family of 4. 2 adults and 2 young kids. But maybe this was due to the last minute booking we made. A larger TV than what currently is there would definitely be much appreciated by kids.

The breakfast was really tasty, vegetable sausages were very small. Good allergy information available. The toilet seat was really old and looked manky. Room was clean, but outdated facilities. The two owners were really lovely. Younger staff seemed to be confused at breakfast but were still polite. I probably wouldn't stay again because of the toilet seat by but good value & comfortable for a few nights. I didn't like how they came and made the bed, felt that was an invasion of privacy.

Stunning location, Deborah and Brendon were excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble , friendly , helpful and sociable. room was clean, modern and tidy, nice comfy bed. Full English breakfast delicious ! Plenty of car parking .

We loved going back there, we have been there before and loved it then to. We really like the owners Deborah and Brendan. They are so friendly and they really make sure you are happy with everything. The breakfast is top and delicious. We like going to the bar at the hotel at night, a lovely atmosphere and nice music. Brendan runs the bar and is always up for a nice chat. All the staff are friendly, my little boy has special needs and everybody made time to say hello to him. We will definitely go back. They also offer to book your ferry for you which saves money with their discount. :) We had a great view from our room.

The whole break was lovely. Great breakfast,lovely hosts. Would highly recommend this hotel. Location was just perfect.
