Location was good and the space in the apartment was great

It was difficult to navigate to the apartment within the building, despite being supplied with a video. There were 3 staircases of 15 steps enroute, which proved a challenge with luggage/cases. We were given the wrong key code access and ended up entering the adjacent apartment which was already occupied before calling the manager. The apartment had stunning windows, which didn't open! when arrived on a sunny bank holiday, we roasted with the heat. The penthouse had not been properly commissioned with a lengthy 'snag' list. The television had no aerial/cable connection, we had to go and buy an indoor aerial from B&Q .The induction hob was not connected to the mains, the iron/ ironing board were still wrapped up/boxed and the iron was American with 2 plugs - useless. The main bathroom had no sink plug and the glass kettle switched off immediately. The mattress in the bedroom was so hard i had to sleep on the living room sofa. The bedroom also had table lamps which were situated without a socket to plug them in.
