Location, cleanliness, privacy, availability of Ralphs and restaurants

Some toiletries were missing

Nothing . It was not well run , dirty & unsafe .

1. Communication was poor , we were waiting for close to an hour to get into room & then had to find out where to park + wifi password . 2. No soap . 3. Cupboard in kitchen had dirt all in it . 4. No lights in bedroom + no light in walk in cupboard . 5. Blinds in 1 room do not close & power points were very unsafe . 6. Hotel name was incorrect so we couldn’t actually find the resort .

The location of the property is fab! So many local amenities such as Ralph’s as restaurants and bars. The lay out was great, small balcony that allowed us to sit out. The rooms and closets were spacious with bathrooms to both. Tv and Wi-Fi available

It is a way from the front of the property and lift but not an issue just worth noting. It’s a communal laundry which you have to down load app for which again worked great but preference would be in unit

The apartment is clean

Deceiving description. There is no AC, no steady hot water in the shower, keeps switching from scorching hot to cold, bad smells in the hallways, lots of trash flies, awful location, the closest place just to get water is about 50 min walk. Building itself is not really secure, anyone can pretty much get in an out of the place. Check in not easy, you have to pick up the keys at some dodgy liquor store on a busy street from some guy who works there. Host not helpful, response time took about 3-4 hours and mostly concerned about check in/out time and giving you “house rules”. I asked about the AC since it was mentioned on the website but got a lame excuse about the AC being portable and housekeeping probably took it. Bottom line these are run down apartments, nothing luxury about it. They lied about the description and they know it. I do not recommend at all.
