Very clean ,everything thing you would need for an overnight stopover. No extra fees for pets.

Terrible entrance. Stone steps and packing cases gave a terrible impression.

It was very clean and had everything we needed

The apartment had everything you would need at home, eg hairdryer, iron, cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, kettle, cutlery, crockery, TV, and more. All are in new condition. The bathroom had a very large shower cubicle, the shower head worked beautifully and the bedroom had the most comfortable bed I have slept in booking holidays. The position of the Apartment was interesting as it is above the Co-op which is in a small parade of shops. Very handy to do one's grocery shopping. The restaurants in the parade are good too. I was surprised at how quiet it was being above a Parade of shops with a busy road running alongside the shops. I enjoyed watching the World go by from the lounge window!! There is a beautiful Park across the way and worth a visit. Orpington high street is a 10-minute walk, turn right out of the Parade of shops with quite a few well-known shops to visit. I preferred to do the 25-minute walk to the Nugent shopping centre which is left out of the Parade of shops where you can find shops such as Next, Boots, Marks and Spencers a hobby shop, TKMAX, Nandos, Card Factory, etc., Further down the road you can find Currys, Argos, ALDI, Sports Direct, Oak Furniture, Dreams, Carpetrite, and much more if like me you love shopping! All these amenities are only a few minutes away by car. The price of the Apartment is in line with Hotel stays but if you want a home from home feel the Apartment is for you!

I really did not dislike anything but would like to be fair and honest to others out there: The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the shops down an unmade and not very wide road. Depending on the time of day it can get a little busy with Staff from the shops coming and going. There are 15 concrete steep outside steps to climb to get to the apartment. I would not carry very heavy suitcases up these steps if it rains as it can get slippery, so my advice would be to separate your items into other bags. These steps may cause a problem for people with a walking disability. I must say I felt fitter after my stay and it has not put me off staying again. The neighbors with the front door opposite the Apartment door had a small BBQ every night from about 7 - 10 pm. I found them polite and helpful with my questions and they even offered me a piece of their chicken!!

The kitchen equipment and the bedroom are ok.

It is not an apartment for three people because the third bed is unusable and there is no bedding. Access to the apartment is a bit scary.... A bathroom without a mirror - halloouuu!!!
