Property was clean and comfortable. Tea coffee and sugar available shower wash and shampoo, kitchen facilities all good , lots of towels available etc .Pool area was lovely cleaned every morning to great standard! Reception staff friendly and helpful, would definitely return.

Property was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities you would need. Location was very accessible to all locations including Casemates square, ocean village and the Main Street

The communication was very good from start to finish with very good instructions and even videos, The room is nice and modern, the building is nice and the concierge was always very polite
The beds were creased when made which was a minor point or an observation but the tiles and more so the grout were dirty and so was the shower tray, the grout should be light grey but was black in the the central area of the bathroom and the shower tray was dirty. Needs a plug in the sink so you can fill up the sink to wash up, wifi is slow and the TV seemed over difficult and slow to respond.

That it felt a secure place to stay and that the basics were there like sugar and coffee etc. Was a surprise to see a washing machine and dish washer.
Just one thing it would have been good to have a clock in the apartment so we could quickly check - but that isn’t a necessity, would just have helped.

Very clean and modern contemporary building and interior. Everything worked. Very close to many places in Gibraltar.
This is a really good place to come with children. They will love the pool and hot tub. The gym opens soon.
All done to a really good standard. Hope to go same place again.
Cooker was a bit of a mission to understand but YouTube helped.

The apartment was lovely and literally had everything you needed. The hosts were clear and concise with instructions to locate property and get keys etc. Gorgeous apartment close to shops, restaurants etc. Lovely balcony and also pool area was nice. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The property was spacious even with the sofa made up into a bed. There was adequate storage space for clothes for two people. It was clean and comfy.
The door had a stylish but flimsy handle so on opening one has to use body weight to open it and this can make one forget keys outside the door especially if you are carrying bags etc

The apartment was so clean. Checkin and out was quick and easy, Host was friendly and always there when needed. Its just minutes away from Morrisons supermarket and Main Street. The building was just finished and everything is brand new. Wonderful views to the rock and outdoor pool from the balcony. It has aircon and lift access. No stairs. Access to building is via a ramp. Very wheelchair friendly. Netflix, Amazon prime videos and Disney Plus was available on the TV with no extra costs.

The apartment was so clean. Easy check-in/out, Host was great and quick to communicate. Stay was good value. Washing machine, stove, dish washer, iron anything else you’d need for your stay. Minutes away from Morrisons supermarket and Main Street. The building was brand new and immaculate. Fantastic views onto the outdoor pool from the balcony.

Great location. Next to Europort and Morrisons. Everything needed was in the apartment like Iron, hair dryer, toaster etc. It was beautiful and absolute spotless clean The decoration was very modern. The highlight was the balcony with gorgeous views towards the rock and pool. Its larger then the normal studio. Netflix and Amazon videos were free of charge. The internet was very fast and reliable. The building was quite and safe and had a security guard walking around. I felt like staying in a 5 Star hotel on a 3 Star budget. The rainforest shower was the icing on the cake.
