There was no towels at all in the room had to go get them mysef in the pouring down rain due to the phone not working

Never got to stay. They overbooked my room. Waiting for a refund.

EVERY towel was stained. I went to the front desk to ask for new towels and they literally told me that EVERY towel is stained at that location.

I pre booked a downstairs room months in advance and was told none were available when I got there. I was assigned a room that was adjoined with the neighbor that had a huge Cane Corso that wanted to bark Everytime I made a sound. On top of that, the sheets were heavily stained, wall mirror missing and fridge was dirty. I requested another room immediately in which the staff eagerly assisted with. The 2nd room was clean but the towels were dingy. I requested new towels and wash clothes and was told there was a shortage but was promised I would receive as soon as possible. I stayed 3 nights and never received the request, bought my own.

We had to go out and purchase a coffee maker, bath mat, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, a broom and dustpan, garbage bags, and room freshener. We had a king size bed with only one bath towel and one washcloth. There were no hand towels, or a bath mat. We only got our bed changed once in 8 days. We only got fresh towels from the nonexistent housekeeping department once during our 8 day stay. The pool was closed the entire 8 days for cleaning. Every single ice machine was broken! The parking lot was filled with drug dealers and prostitutes. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! We literally had to sweep and mop our own room, clean our bathroom, and take the bed clothes to a laundromat to wash them ourselves! This hotel is scary. It is run down and dirty. The pictures on the hotels.com site depict a much nicer place. The exterior is run down with dead plants by the lobby door. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. I waited with several other guests. When the clerk finally arrived, our room - and others- was not ready. It was 5pm. Check in is at 3. The clerk explained they were full the night before. This does not account for a reserved and paid for room not being ready 6 hours after checkout. A man who appeared to not work for the hotel brought soiled linens into the lobby while I was there. Because of the state of the hotel and because our room was not ready we asked for a refund - which we are waiting on, and found another hotel. Very disappointed, and inconvenienced.

Didn’t have any towels, washcloths or tissues. Missing one bedspread blanket. No soap, conditioner or bath mat. Didn’t have any to bring when asked and told there was nothing they could do about it. We’d arrived late and had to leave early. Very unprepared for people to stay. The motel was not at full capacity according to the parking lot. How is a room reserved a month in advance not ready? Seemed a very short string operation but it was clean. But a clean room isn’t much help when you need a shower and clean up.

Both rooms dirty, dirty sheets, no toilet paper , no soap or shampoo to shower, tv inop in one room, very sticky floor in one room. REFUND please!!

The room I stayed. The hotel did not supply any soap or shampoo. Towels for the room were given only upon request

The staff were awesome and very accommodating. She was pleasant and very helpful. The property itself was questionable. There were people very sketchy hanging out all over the property. And the stench of marijuana filled the parking lot. If it weren’t for the young lady at the front desk being so nice, my family and I would have booked at another hotel.

The room smelled like an ashtray though it was non smoking. The sink leaked 24/7, there was no remote for the TV or chair for the desk. Pot smoking and domestic arguments outside my door. Housekeeping made the bed once in 5 days, never cleaned anything and left my door adjust when the left so anyone could have walked in.

Upon arrival there was no light fixture in bathroom. Housekeeper said he could put a lamp in bathroom for us. Very undesirable people loitering around parking lot. Appeared unsafe. We never took occupancy. Told front desk that we would seek other hotel and asked for refund. Would NEVER have stayed at that hotel.

The sheets on the bed were not clean. They were disgusting. The shower did not hardly have any water coming from it. I could not wash my hair because there wasn’t enough water to rinse the soap out if it.

Front desk lady was very rude and not just me other guests as well, it seemed like if they wanna clean you room they if not who cares attitude, had to go get my towels and wash clothes on daily basis and also had to clean my own floor because I don’t believe it was clean since they put it in. I’m not hard to please by no means but this place was well below par when it could be a good place!

Dirty, uncomfortable bed, supposed to have a non-smoking room but the room smelled like cigarette smoke

There seem to be several people who reside at hotel and they are very noisy during the night. Wasnt sure what qas going on but felt like we had to keep checking on car in parking lot.

There was crumbs of food on the floor of our room. We also thought there was complementary breakfast.

Good Place, Good Price

It was a good stay overall. The room was excellent, very clean. The only problems where that you could hear everything going on outside and that it said it included breakfast, and that wasn’t true.

Asked 3 times for a second towel and wash cloth, nope, used hand towels. Bedside light out. No breakfast as advertised but they did make us coffee fresh at 9am when it was empty. Fire alarm went off in all rooms at 230 am due to a microwave in somones room, they Work Though!
