The house is very spacious and our family enjoyed the basement with game room for hanging out. The kitchen is pretty but was not well equipped as stated. There were not enough dishes to cook to and serve breakfast for the six adults in our group (one large fry pan, no serving bowls and no large glasses, unless you count the wine goblets). We could not find any hangers, which seemed a bit strange, considering the large closets in each bedroom. The property was not cleaned well when we arrived. Dirty towels were left in the bedroom closet and the floor was filthy as evidenced by our black socks after taking off our shoes, per the sign in the entryway. The house smelled of cigarette smoke when we entered and the air conditioner had been turned off before our arrival leaving the house at 87 degrees. It took all night for the house to finally cool down which made the first part of our stay very uncomfortable. Finally, the backyard was "under construction" and became a mud pit after it rained the first night making it difficult to take our dog out. Very disappointing as we had paid a pet fee to bring him along.
