The cottage was beyond what we expected. It had everything we would ever need for the stay. Even thou the strip was mostly closed cause of the season, it was still nice to walk the strip and see the store that were open, and visit all the closed bridges. Mary’s dinner was good for the dinner. I would highly recommend this cottage and will be back to stay next trip.

This cottage was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail, decor and special touches Linny put into the cottage, all made for a wonderful, relaxing weekend getaway. The fall decor was much appreciated, as was the coffee bar and snack basket. There is even a T.V. on the outside, covered, patio. I visited the area with my best friend from collage to explore some local wineries. So many in the area! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. This cute, cozy cottage was the perfect place to unwind, relax, and have a fabulous time!

We stayed with another couple. Left our boat at the marina. Everything was close and easy to get to. Very clean!

It was lovely. The place was super cute, cozy, and welcoming. The hosts were very kind and accommodating to our last minute scheduling glitches and they provided us with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed playing out in the yard with a fire, corn hole and watching the Buckeyes. All in all just a great time. Close to everything and very private and quiet. Thanks again!

Loved everything about this house from the beachy decor to the comfy beds, the coffee bar and the decked out patio. Wish we could have stayed more than one night ! My only complaint would be that you pay a decent amount for cleaning and they ask you to wash the dishes.

The cottage was absolutely stunning and so very cozy. It was perfect for me and my little ones ages 11 & 12. The yard was perfect to play corn hole and play tag. Thank you so much as it was a lovely experience and one we'll never forget!

This cottage was everything we wanted - quaint but functional, far enough from the strip to not Have the noise but completely walkable when we wanted to go. This place was so well thought out and had EVERYTHING we needed and more for a comfortable stay for the weekend. We stayed in and cooked dinner Friday night and the kitchen was more than adequate to do that and had every utensil we needed. It was clean and roomy and the space was very well used and used and laid out. Back yard was perfect for a low key night in with the lit patio, TV, cornhole boards and fire pit. Will definitely be staying here again!

The overall stay was wonderful. The beds need new mattresses. Sleeping was ruff, because of the mattresses. The place was done in excellent taste. Very clean.

I stay at many rental properties and this one, by far, was one of my favorites. The minute you walk in the door the serene feeling makes you not want to leave. Linny has everything you would need. The bathroom is beautiful! The shower is easy for anyone with mobility problems. The bedrooms each have their own temperature controls so those who like it cold or warm can control their own room. The beds are so comfortable. Slept great! It was exceptionally clean! We enjoyed the patio so much. After a long day at the beach, we sat on the patio and enjoyed the outdoor tv and cornhole that were provided. We didn’t have time to use the fire pit or the grill. The next time we stay we will bring some food to grill. We loved the fenced privacy of the back yard. The location was perfect. Off the busy strip but only 2 blocks to all the action. The little touches that really made an impression on me. The design inside. The endless hot water tank. Being able to control your temperatures in the 2 bedrooms. The easy access shower. A hair dryer provided. The coffee station! The power strips on each end of the couch. The outdoor tv and Alexa for music. The cornhole boards. The sliding barn doors. The live edge wood mantle. The trex decking. The shiplap(done beautifully)! The bathroom floor looked like beach glass! (which we were there to hunt for at the beaches). Very nice touch. This place was an absolute gem! By far the best accommodations I have ever found in GOTL….all of the amenities you could possibly need. The owner Linny was very helpful and kind. We will definitely book this place again!

This property was SO NICE. The decor and everything was lovely. Anything you could possibly need was already included. The host was very easy to get in contact with if you needed anything, although we didn’t have any reason to reach out. Location was perfect for the strip access. 10/10 would stay here anytime I come back to Geneva!
