It was a cute place, very cosy and comfortable for a short stay. Host was very welcoming and polite, highly recommend.

Well presented with quality items, mattress excellent, lovely hostess, nothing to fault… Ideal position for us as visiting family, near to excellent bus routes, will re book first our next get together… plenty of parking on the road outside the property.

Our host was most welcoming, with a lovely and bright smile. She took us through to the property, first impression? WOW, WOW, WOW, we were speechless, looking around the beautiful garden and surroundings including a lovely Rattan set. We were welcomed into a very bright and airy garden room, which included a comfortable sofa, rugs, dining table for two. A small fridge which contained a bottle of freshly produced orange juice, a bottle of scrumptious milk fresh fruit and yogurt. Along 4 slices of beautiful bread and butter, not forgetting the jam Coffee maker with pods, tea bags and coffee. The bedroom was spacious, as the first entrance, bright and welcoming. Furnished to a high standard. Very comfortable bed with lovely pillows. The bathroom was also very spacious, shower and basin with towels provided. Rebecca couldn't do anything more to make our stay anymore comfortable. Vere, very highly recommended.

Just one tinny thing, the radio has quite a bit of dust and cobwebs behind it.

The place: Beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, it felt very spacious and clean. Looks as it does in the photos The hosts: absolutely lovely; any small inconvenience they were dead set to amend. Very accommodating and gave a homely feel to the stay. We were lucky enough to meet their gorgeous dog who is also lovely (on requests) The amenities: nespresso maker and tea at the ready, fresh orange juice in the fridge each morning, the breakfast was well enough.

The connector door to the main house doesn’t feel hugely separate. You can hear their voices when they’re in the kitchen and you can see their shadows move across. This didn’t really bother us tbh but it also didn’t feel 10/10 private if that’s something you’re looking for. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo in the shower either (but again this didn’t bother us as we’d brought our own)

Such a beautiful place. All self contained. Everything you could want for a weekend away. Lovely continental breakfast. Best nights sleep on a comfortable bed. A hidden gem. Only 20 minutes from the coast. Host was amazing, with advise on places to eat and places to visit. Would definitely go back again.

Amazing B&B in Chichester.Fab room had everything you needed and very private with a lovely breakfast in the conservatory every morning, great hospitality form Rebecca. Definitely coming back, just loved staying here.
