Great house!

Our family of 7 recently stayed in this amazing home! The house was better than we imagined. Beautiful home and safe location. The house was fully stocked with everything and then some. The rooms were spacious and there was storage galore! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The laundry room was an added bonus and so was the golf cart! Communication with the host was amazing. You will not regret your stay here!

This place worked great for us. Four bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect along with a washer/dryer. Wish we could have stayed longer. Location was great for day trips to different places. We didn't make it to the beach nearby unfortunately. There was just so much to see and do. We loved having beach chairs and a cooler to use. Didn't use the golf cart, but might have had we stayed longer or didnt have a rental car. We loved the patio and had dinner out there a couple times and enjoyed just hanging out there. Tile was a little slippery though. Overall great place!

We had such a lovely stay here, I can’t recommend it enough. The host was very responsive and accommodating for our late arrival. The house has everything you could need including towels and beach amenities. The kitchen is well stocked and has many appliances. I hope I get to stay here again in the future, thank you!!

Princess made us feel very welcomed and made every moment a delight. The home is beautiful and location splendid. My family and friends absolutely had a wonderful time.

Check in / Check out process was very smooth, host is very nice and responsive, the home exceeded my expectations as it looks even better in person! Super clean, organized, fully stocked with all necessities, located in a very safe location close to most attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and a super walmart. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time and made beautiful memories in the property. House is very spacious with many balconies my favorite one being the one with the hammock, I spent many nights there just admiring the beautiful Puerto Rican sky and listening to the beautiful sounds of el Coquí. Golf cart was a huge plus and the private beach near the property was great!!! I will be booking this property everytime I go back to PR!!! Torres Family Vacation

The owner was super communicative, the local beach is stunning, and the house is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay here.

Beautifully appointed and very clean, well supplied and close to El Yunque, Las Cabezas NWR and airport. Check in at 5 pm is too late to settle and find dinner on holiday weekend. Written instructions for arriving at entrance into gated community are wrong and no attendant at gate, causing encounter with unpleasant, rude, extremely impatient resident. Enjoyed beach combing but disappointed so many trails closed at El Yunque & NWR

Amazing property with quick access to a private beach. The home was spacious and perfect for our family of six. It was also well stocked. I would definitely recommend this beautiful retreat!

Princess' property is a wonderful haven near old San Juan. All of the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed. I can't wait to go back!

My 30th birthday at Coco Beach Resort in Puerto Rico was pure magic. We were amazed by the thoughtful amenities and stunning surroundings from the moment we arrived. Having our own rooms with AC was a highlight, providing comfort and privacy in the warm Puerto Rico weather. The property's two gates added a sense of security, giving us peace of mind. The house was stocked with unexpected treats like hair straighteners, bug spray, sunscreen and every kitchen amenity that you could think of making us feel cared for. The golf cart was a fun bonus, getting us to the beach in just 3 minutes and adding adventure to our trip. With multiple beautiful porches, we enjoyed the breathtaking landscape and fresh air. Especially during our morning coffee. The cleanliness exceeded expectations, feeling like a true home away from home. They also gave us wonderful recommendations and a late check out helping us so much. Coco Beach Resort was the perfect spot for my birthday. Comfortable rooms, safety, unexpected amenities, the convenient golf cart, and stunning landscape made it unforgettable. If you want a slice of paradise in Puerto Rico, this is it. This VRBO was spacious and clean. Communication was always fast and thoughtful. Plenty of little extras. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and will be happy to rent again if we return to PR.

We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and peaceful. Everything we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful. The nearby beach was remote and gorgeous. We loved having a full day with the beach to ourselves!

Overall a great stay! The home is cute, with lots of outdoor spaces, and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher. Plus the views of el yunque from the home itself are limited. The views from the beach are nice. Going to the beach on the golf cart was fun. Princess was very responsive about everything.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The inside was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Other family members had booked elsewhere and they dropped by to meet up and were also impressed with the house. They all took the information for any future trips to PR. Princess was also very responsive with any and all of our questions. Will definitely book this again.

The house was immaculately maintained inside and out with all necessary amenities in great shape. The convenient location allowed us close access to Luquillo, Culebra, Playa Azul, El Yunque, Fajardo excursions, Bayoluminescent Bay, and even Old San Juan and Isla Verde. It was a great place to stay for our group.

We rented this home found thru the VRBO App from 8-21-23 thru 8-27-23. From our initial inquiry to check out time the Owner, Princess was 100% attentive, courteous, timely & kind. Home was ready a bit early too for us! We landed & headed over. Its a gated community, completely safe & any questions we had about entry were answered promptly. Cant say enough about the interior. Its clean, modern,spacious and lacks nothing for amenities. We were a family of 6. A binder is located with all recommendations & processes with images. I do recommend a car rental so you can head out & explore beyond the gated community parameters. We hit the local grocery market as our kids like certain items to add to fridge for our stay on day 1. All appliances were in great working order, and golf cart was a Plus! Community pool area is closed , however b-ball court is open & beach nearby is lowkey & great. Felt very safe & the area is super nice. This was a 10 out of 10 experience for us. Thank you kindly.

My family loved the location and house! It was ver comfortable with enough room for 6 adults and 2 infants. It was exactly how it was described in the listing. Modern and clean. You had everything you needed in the house which made it very easy to enjoy you time there and the beach. We loved the beach because it was quiet and not many people. We would recommend to bring an beach umbrella if it’s multiple people since the house only has 1 umbrella. The good thing is there is some palm trees that give some shade if you don’t bring extra. Overall loved staying at the house. The response from owner was amazing! Everything was addressed quickly and worked with us to get an extra night added last minute and reschedule the cleaning crew. Will stay again!
