This two family home is ideal for visitors to Westerly. The property is self-contained, clean and fully equipped with modern appliances. Christopher, the host, lives downstairs and is easily accessible but not intrusive! All our dealings with him were pleasant and problem-free. The location is ideal with local beaches less than 15 min drive from the property. In addition, there is ample local shopping, including restaurants, supermarkets (the Aldi was a revelation to us!) and even a local laundromat (there is no onsite laundry). All in all a very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property and the host.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Chris’ place. The house was perfect—very spacious, clean, great location, and a large fenced in yard that was perfect for my 4-year old and pup. I had to work a bit during my stay so the office on the top floor was ideal. Chris was the best host—very nice and super helpful and responsive. I’d highly recommend Chris’ place to anyone looking to get away to Westerly!

6 of us stayed here on the last leg of our US trip from Scotland. The accommodation was spacious, finished to a very high standard, modern and well equipped. Its location was in a leafy, quiet, safe area where our teens felt comfortable waking to the local stores. The host was attentive and very responsive to any of our requests. The AC was very effective which made our stay comfortable in the high heat and humidity and the host also set up the fire pit outside during the evening for us to enjoy. Free parking was also a great asset. We missed not having laundry facilities but used a local laundrette which was easy and cheap to use. Lots of local great food options and location very handy for beaches nearby. Host also recommended various options for us nearby as well. During our stay, hosts lived in the ground floor and we stayed in top two floors. We didn't hear a peep from them, although I did worry that they may have been disturbed by us!

We stayed with Chris for 5 nights and the property was a dream. Lots of space for our family with new amenities. More space than we needed but with the price and location this was a no brainer. We couldn’t recommend this property any more and will definitely be coming back here in the future. Chris was an attentive host without being overbearing. 2 Thumbs way up!

This home is beautiful, set in a quiet, residential neighborhood close to downtown Westerly. Not only were we impressed with the cleanliness and charm of the home, but it boasts a huge fenced-in pet-friendly yard with a fire pit, access to grill and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the evenings (and early mornings too)! Ideal for relaxing after long days touring the beaches, historic sites, shops and restaurants the area has to offer. Our hosts were so kind and considerate -- bonus dogs on site visited us in the yard! Hosts were quick with communication, providing local suggestions, and offering additional amenities. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Chris’ property this weekend. The house was clean, within walking distance to downtown, and slept all 4 of us very comfortably! We would all definitely come back (:

Chris’s property was beautiful and my family had a lovely time there. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house is conveniently located near town and is a short drive from Mystic. We found the place charming and would definitely stay again.

I traveled with my husband, 16 year old son and my mother in law. We all had our own space which we all appreciated! We also really enjoyed the kitchen, dining room and living room where we hosted meals, played games and watched TV. The property was immaculate and the host provided us with clear and concise instructions on how to enter the property upon our arrival and what to do upon our checkout. It was a quiet and gorgeous neighborhoood very near the downtown and also close to the beaches.
