I loved the over all area and how nice it was and clean and food was nice to for breakfast

It was very loud a lot of banging and loud neighbors above and on the side with their loud tv. If anything I would ask to not be near anyone and on the top floor would not recommend the bottom floor

Room size

When we got to the room there was one sheet on the paper towel roll no bottled water or regular coffee. They brought a new roll of paper towels and regular coffee. But the bottle water was only for their special members even when this was the best suite on the Booking site. The room above us had a dog which barked at 6:30 in the morning and you could hear it running. For us it did not meet the Booking standards!

Clean, inviting room

Uncomfortable beds, air filled pillows, barn style bathroom door that doesn’t lock and gives no privacy.

Walk in shower was first rate. Shampoo, etc. containers first rate. Loved the door to the bathroom. Loveseat with curtain separation was a joy. Made doing emails, etc. easy especially after a hard drive through hours of fog.

It was clean and near the facilities we needed to get to. This buffet was good, just not variety from day to day.

Would have been nice to have a couch or lounge area to sit in. The purpose of our trip was for a family funeral. There was no wave for the larger group to congregate.

The breakfast and location were good. The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Every person we interacted with gave us great service.

a big part of the reason we booked was because of the pool. I would not have booked a room if I knew we would not have a shower or if I knew there was not a hot tub. This was a family trip and this hotel just didn’t have all the things we were looking for during this specific trip but over all we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

You ran out of food. I paid for the food. You know how many people you have staying there, how do you run out of food??
