Shower was great!!! But not enough towels.
Not enough info before I checked in. Example: what do I need to bring with me. Coffee? What kind? Not enough dishwasher detergent. Towels were not enough. Where do we put the trash?

Location was great, close to everything. House was nice and updated.
Yard wasn't mowed. No outdoor maintenance was done. Didn't like not having local television channels. Need to use softer towels. The back or side yard could use new patio furniture, an umbrella for shade would be nice. A 10 digit access code is to long to have to punch in also. Needs to be Shorter for guests.

All around just a bad experience!
House was dirty, roaches, broken furniture, nowhere to dispose of trash and not even enough towels for the entire group. Oh and customer service will not even to attempt to help you.
