This hotel still has its new look everything was modern and well kept. The only thing negative is the rug didn’t look clean it had debris that wasn’t picked up and hair in the tub. Everything in the room worked well.
We would stay there again.

Jeremy, at the front desk, went out of his way to help me unload my oxygen concentrator along with the rest of my stuff. The room is perfectly accessible.
Traveling is tough for lung disease patients but La Quinta made it easier

It started out ok the lobby appeared very nice the desk clerk was very nice.
However, when we got to our ADA room, it was right by the outside door that everyone entered, the door slammed, dogs were barking, it was very loud, and the door would slam all night till about 2 AM, we will not do that again (but part of that was our fault), of course, the floor in our room was hardwood floors, because it is ADA compliant, which was fine, but when I got out of the shower my feet were filthy, it was obvious no one had mopped that floor, it was disgusting

From Check-in to Check-out was a very nice stay, the room was great, the bathroom was clean and even had Dove products. BUT, there was an overwhelming stench of sewage throughout the entire hotel and our room.

The front desk staff was super helpful and quick with check in and check out. They were also happy to answer any questions we had. The bed was super comfy and fresh sheets. There was plenty of towels for us to use. The shower was also big enough for two people, however, did not have a corner shelf. Breakfast was wonderful as well, with bagel, toast, muffins, waffles, sausage, potatoes, and ceral all as options. We did not try the pool but plan to on our next stay.

There were stains on the bedding. Also, it was 4 pm when we checked in and the breakfast area tables were still dirty, with crumbs and smeared jam

This La Quinta is almost-new (as of 2023) and therefore a lot cleaner than your typical by-the-freeway unit. We really liked the friendly staff as well. Only two negatives were loud voices in room nextdoor at midnight and the king bed was sagging a little in the middle, which was unconfortable. We would stay here again.

This was a pleasant surprise, as the facility is very new and in great shape. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast provided lots of choices, with the service being first-rate! Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the staff they were so amazing! I stayed from the 8th to 11th, both day & night staff were so friendly and very helpful! The rooms were very clean and loved how beautiful the restroom is. 10 stars!

Overall stay was nice. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Room was fine. Just a weird smell to it. Wish the pool was open later and maybe heated. Will definitely stay again.

Yucaipa is my childhood hometown and La Quinta went above and beyond to accommodate my siblings and I during a time of laying our father to rest. We all had rooms, and we used the conference room for dad’s reception after the funeral service. They were great and really took the weight of having a place for our families to congregate and spend time together. It was great to be literally two blocks from where I was raised, while memorialized my father. Thank you La Quinta, Yucaipa!
