The location was great buy,

We had a great visit. The place was just as it was described. There was great communication with the property owner. We would for sure stay there again.

Great house with a lot of great amenities. Comfortable beds, plenty of cooking supplies, great pool and grill. Only draw back was lack of beach chairs and cooler.

Overall, it's a nice property, but I don't know If I'd stay there again. It would depend on the size of the party .The master bedroom and rear bedroom with the double bed, one was able to watch tv in bed. However, the rear bedroom with the single bed, you were not able to watch TV. I rely heavily on watching tv in order to fall asleep, and regrettably for me, I was unable to do that. I reached out to the the number and email I was given and to make a long story short I was never able to watch Tv and no resolution was provided. Not all TV are smart TV's. The rear bedroom with the twin beds, you are unable to use the closet to store anything as the bed is shoved against the closet door. Very inconvenient. We were unable to use the oven, as it is really dirty and the fans were full of dust. As for the pros, the linen were very clean, the kitchen, but for the oven, was clean as was the rest of the house. Our pool was heated, and it was heavenly, The house is centrally located as far as groceries, shops , etc.

Needs a GOOD cleaning. Needs more towels. Not enough seating in Living room unless you sit in the chairs at the bar. No one wants to sit in them for a long period of time. A lot of wasted space. Could do more with the space to make it more usable for families. Pool was nice. We paid to have it heated but was still really cold. Needs a few updates but It worked for us.

Nice place to stay here and we enjoyed it. Didn’t have enough dishes for the number of people we had staying. Kitchen wasn’t well stocked, and there was some cleanliness issues. Nothing that ruined our vacation, Just some things to improve on.

From starting to finish the booking process was just easy, clear and quick, I really appreciate the quick responses when communicating with me. I would like just to mentioned 3 things the I believe it could improve to have even a better experience. First, we were at checking in at 4:00PM and the house wasn’t ready, but it was not a big deal, second, the second bathroom could very well used a different shower curtain’s and pole, it smelled not because of not being clean but because the curtains are old.
Please, me taking the time to review this it doesn’t mean, I didn’t enjoy my staying, it was great and I will for sure, book with you guys and book the house again. Thank you so very much!!!!!

Thank you so much for having us! The property was amazing and had all the amenities that we needed! The kayaks was the best part! We recommend future travelers to request the kayaks, it is so much fun exploring the canals! Hosts were really friendly and helped me out when I had any questions! We will most definitely book again!

Very nice neighborhood. The house has been updated with lots of living space and space for the backyard. We had fun fishing in the canal. They also provided us with fishing rods.

The house was exactly how it was portrayed. It was perfect for my family and when I had a question about anything I got an answer quickly. Only remark I have is that I wish there were extra sheets and blankets for the air mattress. Everything else was perfect. Great rental!

Great place to stay in Cape Coral. Set away from the busy areas of Cape Coral but easy to go to Fort Myers, Sanibel, Punta Gorda, and Pine Island. Nice quiet neighborhood. House has been updated with lots of living space. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Property manager very responsive. We will be back to stay again.

This house is absolutely amazing! It is perfectly situated to where you can look straight down the canal and it looks like the pool flows right into it. The inside of the house is just as amazing as the outside. I highly recommend this property and we can't wait to stay here again.

Came to Ft. Meyers to visit my cousin, who was in town for the weekend. House was clean, and modern; in a nice quiet neighborhood. Vanessa was quick with message responses and made sure we had what we needed for our stay. Highly recommend the place.
