Amazing location! Great communication! Highly recommend

The accuracy on this listing was spot on. Very cute and you couldn't ask for a better location. Would definitely stay again.

The property is located above a restaurant which had very loud music playing from the time they opened until the time they closed. Also, the pictures look very different from the actual space. The property was really old and dingy. Lastly, it was really cold because the only baseboard heat that was pumping out heat was the one in the living room. The owner requested a five star rating in the welcome book, but it is way too run down to even come close to five stars.

The owner's communication was excellent and accurate! It made the check-in go so smoothly to have so much info ahead of time. The location was perfect for my son's "Student for a day" experience at ASU. We plan to re-book this place when we return in January for his audition to go to the ASU school of music.

Comfortable and very clean apartment in heart of Boone. Great location. Would stay again happily.

Really enjoyed the cleanliness, location and roominess of this rental. I highly recommend and will be back!
