We have been coming to Surfside Heights for over 20 years. It truly is the best spot on US23 to unwind - perfect beach area, very nice condos, great friendships made; both visitors and residents. We will deeply miss this place as I have heard it is the last year for rentals.

We had a wonderful stay. Only one issue and that was the oven. I went to use it and it started smoking. It was a bit dirty, but i did not realize it was that bad.we couldnt use it and contacted owner. Didnt hear anything from them. Just hope they clean it well for the next guest.

We came up for a family reunion, and despite a couple of days of rain, we had a wonderful time. We did finally get a good day on the beach and appreciated that we had enough room to hang out and relax when we had to stay inside. Thank you.

We are very happy to have stayed at #26. The view was amazing. The beach was perfect. Everything we needed was in the unit, and markets are nearby. We had fires at night, and met some of the owners; super nice people. Hope to be back!

Very nice property. We have been staying at Surfside Heights on and off for 20+ years. It is very quiet during the week, picking up on the weekends. This unit has had a nice refresh and our stay was great. Note that the only furniture in the bedrooms are beds and one small table. Both have closets, but no other storage. Adding a dresser or shelves and more lighting would be suggested improvements.

Wonderful location, beach and amenities! Everything you could want or need is there! Very clean, beautiful condo! Hope to be back soon!

Although I would like to keep this property our little secret, I can’t help but rave about it. From the responsiveness of the property manager, to the fresh design elements/furnishing and cleanliness, this is the perfect home away from home. The condo had all necessary comforts and the beach is the most spectacular walking beach on the sunrise side. The other owners that we met were so friendly and the complex was quiet and peaceful. Upon our arrival, we walked directly into the balcony and checked our phones to see when the next available week is to book another stay!

We visited Michigan and Lake Huron for the first time from West Virginia. Our daughter is living in Detroit for the summer, and we wanted a place to relax for a few days with the family. Everything in this unit was as pictured. The view was stunning. Check in was simple, The kitchen is well stocked with oil, spices, and plenty of cookware. Oscoda is just minutes away, and we enjoyed the lovely town. The only improvement I would suggest for the unit is a small washer/dryer combo. We weren’t there long enough to need one, but it would be really handy. We hope to visit again soon.
