Having only 1 key fob for the room!!!

Location was great, facility was great, parking was nice and super close to our room. Having a legit kitchen with a small amount of dishes was excellent.

There was a small amount amount of gnats in the apartment when we arrived.

My adult kids and myself completely enjoyed this property. It was my second time staying at a Mint House apartment. It was a totally wonderful experience!!

Only given 1 fob in each room Made it difficult to go in and out at our leisure. I went shopping, my husband biking had to be in contact to get into facility

Exactly as described. Relatively easy to find. Very comfy and had everything we needed.

The parking and which floor the unit was on was a little confusing but once we found it everything was great

Everything was perfect. Clean, lovely apartment, plenty of space, very comfortable. Pool was perfect, gym was perfect, ball park opposite was great, everything walkable. Greenville is growing and we loved it!

We enjoyed the spacious accommodation along with the provided amenities, and cleanliness. Falls Park on the Reedy and multiple restaurants were within walking distance, which was totally awesome!

Everything was great, except no TV in 1 of the rooms. We made it though, lol!

Overall a nice place to stay

It was close to train tracks and was woken up by a train in the middle of the night.

Absolutely the best overnight stay! We were welcomed explained about the facility and were very impressed by the room ! Location is excellent .

Can get a little loud from upstairs which is to be expected in an apartments .

I loved the room. It felt like a tiny home and was so clean and well stocked

The location itself was bothersome. It was close to where i wanted to be but the property was poorly labeled and I had to call several times to get to the right parking. The staff was incredibly helpful

Loved the room. It was clean, close to alot of eating places. If i had a question it was answered promptly by email.

Attentiveness of Mint House! Friendliness of staff!

There were no curtains to block the ground floor windows for the person sleeping on the pullout couch.

Room was very nice

No help getting checked in. Code provided to get into building didn’t work Even had building security guard try and no luck. Many things indicate communication a weaknpoint. I couldnt check in on line because my work computer and my phone had security features wouldn’t allow access.

It was beautiful and close to a lot of cool local activities.

Loved everything

I like that everyone was friendly , helpful., they rooms had everything you could think you needed. Rooms were very clean. I believe the name was Girdy the person who answer the phones was very knowledgeable. And was eager to all me with all my questions or concerns. I was so nervous because the prices was so affordable., I do like the fact the have a strict non smoking policy. The apartment was worth so much more than what we paid. I appreciate the Mint House Team. I can’t wait to book my next visit. There was so much to do right on the property and near by areas.

I like the fact the rooms are no smoking, but maybe a designated area outside for smokers. Even tho I am not a smoker.
