Fridas was such an amazing place to stay. Tranquil and quiet. We enjoyed our time away. Fridas was a unique and wonderful accommodation. An experience in itself without even venturing into town.

Warm and full of character and the bonus of fresh eggs, bread, milk and coffee was a lovely touch.

EVERYTHING! From the pure visual delight both inside and out, to the attention to detail, the comfy bed, the well equipped kitchen, the locally supplied breakfast, the amazing view, the luxurious decor, the extra touches like colouring books and meditation nook, the friendly communication. Fridas was the total relaxation we were looking for.

Honestly, nothing....we even loved the thunderstorms and rain!

Situated out of Raglan. The cottage had a great feel to it and had all that you needed for a relaxing time away. Views were amazing overlooking Raglan. Bed was really comfy. Kitchen was quite well equipped.

The kitchen could do with a frying pan. Otherwise no complaints.

Everything was amazing. The view, decor general energy about.

Location was perfect for scenery . Bed was extremely comfortable. Fresh bread, butter, honey, jam and fresh fruit and chocolates were superb. The decor of the whole interior was magnificent reflecting Frida's artistic influence on owners Robbyn and Peter. Truly, a property not to be missed by any couple who want a quiet but very interesting rural stay just about 4 kms out of Raglan. Do not miss the opportunity.

Absolutely nothing

Very cosy with lots of attention to detail in the Frida Kahlo/ Mexican style decor. Fresh local artisan bread and coffee, specialty teas and the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Great view and loved how they provided a meditation room 💖⭐️🙏🏻

There was nothing I didn’t like about this gorgeous wee cottage. Don’t let the 3k’s out of town put you off as it is just a short drive and so worth it for the uniqueness that Frida’s offers. It is also super easy to find.

Absolutely beautiful in every way ❤️ Frida’s is spacious, well thought out with curated touches throughout the house creating the perfect place and space to unwind and relax. Really lovely in door / out door flow to enjoy the rather beautiful scenery and expansive views. Robbyn is a wonderful host who is responsive, thoughtful and helpful. Look forward to returning again =]
