We only needed a pit stop for one night in Windhoek and Urban Camp more than delivered, if we'd had more time we would probably have stayed for some quiet RnR. It had a nice laid back feel to the place but meticulously clean throughout. The rooms (tents) are incredible with everything you could possibly need. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The tents are excellent- spacious, comfortable beds, well appointed with nice touches like a kettle and fresh coffee, fridge and electric blankets for when it gets cold. Indoor and outdoor showers clean and well functioning. Staff could not be nicer. Restaurant serves great food and there’s a lovely atmosphere. Location good to collect car/pop to supermarket/visit local attractions and feels very secure.

Very good bar, very reasonable pricing. Nice pool, all in all a good choice if you're looking for something a little more lively.

There's no wifi in the tents where you're sleeping, just in the common areas. That's annoying if you want to check your mails or something of the sort.

The vibe and atmosphere is phenomenal

We had electric blankets for the freezing nights & up to date technology (phone chargers, bed lamps, wi-if etc) making the stay very pleasant. Also, a shuttle was available for us when we left Joe’s beerhouse to return to camp after dark, nice touch 😊

Tents were basic, as expected and desired; the facilities clean and nearby. The food was terrific, the staff accommodating. We had a lot of space to work on our bikes. Lovely atmosphere all around.

It was a great experience, only problem I had was with the bathrooms. I didn’t know they have “common outside bathroom”.
