All of the above make me feel that I didn't like anything!

We booked the above chalet but there was another booking for the same villa. Then I was informed that my villa is the next one, which was bigger but with many problems. The name of the villa is different and the score was much lower (5/10). The pool wasn't cleaned. There was sand in it. One of the windows in the living room had broken lock so we were afraid for our safety. The lights in downstairs bedrooms weren't working. The upstairs shower wasn't working and there were also sand in it. There was also a water leak in the upstairs doorway. I also encounter a big insect in my room in the morning. After making report on booking customer support the owner called me and spoke to me with no manners and offending me! So DO NOT EVER BOOK ANY OF HIS VILLAS OR APARTMENTS!
