The location was so close to the beach. Staff was friendly the food was delicious

The view is awesome towards the sea-side, but gets a little noisy at night, which is normal for that area of Eforie. Great view for those early sunrises though. It's nice that we had received meal tickets that we could use on any time at the restaurant at the ground level. Rooms were pretty clean, hotel was being kept clean on a regular basis and everything smelled clean. Staff was friendly and paid attention to everything.

We would have liked more bathroom gel available for the whole stay as what was provided barely was enough for one night. When we did not get a refill the next day, we asked specifically for this. We were told by the staff they will "check with the boss". We did not get any refills and had to buy our own. It's not a bad deal overall on our end but it's just plain silly. Be careful if coming by car. There is no parking. Sometimes the owners put up some objects to block a few spots in front of the hotel but it's really not a sure thing.

Kind people that work hard to keep the place in good conditions and very clean.

wi-fi needs improvements

First, nobody in reception. We waiting for 15min. Second, nobody speak english, third we asked for parking, they said we will solved this problem on arrival time, but it wasn't solved. Fourth, rooms without sea view, but we was booked with it. Fifth, rooms was cleaning just every 3 days and there is no shower shampoo or body cleaner. Sixth, glasses was used, but marked as clean. So disappointed. But if you speak Romanian there's no problem, they will be very helpfully for you. I saw myself. So didn't recommend this hotel. By the way price for 2 adults and 2 kids was unadecvati for that quality if service.
